This book was difficult to write. The world of the Freakshow is complex, and it needs a lot of effort to get it just right.
Despite the struggle, I love how this book has turned out! The relationship between Lero and Stella, his star, is one of my most favourite yet! I hope you'll enjoy reading it, too.

Madness of the Moon is coming this month.
UPDATES on the series. Originally, Madame Tan's Freakshow was supposed to be a 5-book series, but things have changed. In the past year, the world of the freakshow has grown so much in my head, it spilled over, beyond its original concept and into many other realms. :)
Now, Madame Tan's Freakshow is going to be a trilogy:
Book 1, Call of Water
Book 2, Madness of the Moon
Book 3, Power of Rage
And now, I have many more books planned in the same world. Do you want to go to Nerifir? I'll take you there, too, in the next trilogy, River of Mists, which I'm planning to start in 2022.
