Hi Philip, I am also a Tellwell client. I would like to connect with other authors in particular authors who have chosen 'direct distribution' as opposed to Marketing 100 or Marketing 85. What has been your experience re distribution? thanks, Marion Jensen (author of Happy Families (soon to be released by Tellwell) and of Desolation Sound (produced by FriesenPress)

I wasn’t clear on your question (Marketing 100??) Anyway, now that I seem to be getting some momentum, I’m trying to figure out what I am not getting from Tellwell that I would be getting from a traditional publisher and how important is it. If I conclude it is important, I’m going to try to work with Tellwell to see if we can’t figure out how I can get it through Tellwell (which would potentially benefit other Tellwell authors as well) . Tellwell’s been fantastic and I want to keep working with them – and I’m sure they don’t want their more successful authors starting to look for traditional publishers either. I don’t have any answers yet, and this probably wasn’t your question anyway.

Good luck with your writing.
