You may not know, but I have been planning to do audiobooks of my work from the very beginning. I have a special place in my heart for audiobooks and it has always been important for me to follow this project to completion. What I didn’t plan on is how long it would take to walk through all the publishing and distributing steps! The audio files have been polished and in hand for almost a year now, I was starting to think I’d never get to publish them. But after a couple of setbacks, the distribution is complete and now I FINALLY get to share them with you!

Impact & The Last Day
A lot has been going on since I updated in the summer. One of the highlights has been working with a cover artist to help revamp the cover for my short story Impact. I am so happy with how it turned out and that I can finally share it with you all!

In addition to this cover, we are also working on a cover for the next work in this series, The Last Day. If you don’t recognize the name, that’s because I haven’t shared it before! 1 Year Anniversary Event!
I cannot believe it’s been a full year since I published Pursuing Dreams!
This first book in The Young Soldier series took me 13 years to write. It started as a hobby in highschool, however, the longer I sat with the story, the more I knew I wanted it to become something more with it. Many years of learning and rewrites later, it has!
Even though I haven’t been able to give it all the marketing attention I had hoped to last year, due to personal injuries and accidents, I’ve never regretted finally publishing this story!
For everyone who has read it and left me a review or sent me a personal note, I’m so thankful for your support and glad you enjoyed it.

PCS and Me
Hey there folks, just dropping a note to say, I’m still here!
If you’re subscribed to my newsletter, you will have seen some updates on what’s going on with me these last few months. The long and short is that I was in an accident, I got a concussion, and now I’m combating PCS. I’m in it for the long haul, but I’m encouraged by the results I’m getting with some of my treatments.
One of the consequences of all this is that I’m not online a lot as computer and mobile devices make my symptoms flare up. However, I’m still working on various projects, don’t worry!
In other news, my sister got me an Elfinbook so I can keep doing artistic compliments to my writing, without having to be on computer.

CEA The Greatest Anthology Written
I had such a good experience working with the Celenic Earth Publications team in publishing my short story “Impact” as a part of the CEA into the Beyond anthology that when they announced they would be attempting to break a current Guinness world record for most short stories in an anthology, I jumped at the chance to be a part of it.
The team is working to break the current record for most authors contributing to an anthology. The current record stands at 50 authors. To break this record, we have to top the number of authors and sell at least 1000 copies of the anthology.
The Celenic Earth Publications team has received submissions from over 100 authors, including my short story “The Other Side”, more than doubling the previous record. Now, the editors on the team are working their way through the stories and collecting them into one massive anthology. All that’s left now is to sell 1000 copies of the anthology. Now that our stories are written, all the authors involved are now focusing on spreading the word. Many authors have reached out to their local news outlets and have had interviews published in their city papers, while other authors have had live interviews on the TV or radio. You can read about these awesome features and other updates on the anthology Facebook page or on their twitter feed @ceagreatestanth.
