In The Beginning
Hello everyone. I’ve never had a blog before, so if I sound a little green, I promise I’ll do better. What I’m going to do is to tell you about each of my books. I currently have five books in my Benjamin Kroh series. Kroh is an agent with the FBI’s Behavioral Analysis Unit (BAU), who often has gut feelings that lead him a direction that helps to solve the most despicable crimes. He along with his team, Zindzhi Cole, a beautiful highly capable agent, who has saved crows butt, more times than he can count. His other team member is Martin Owens, a Navajo, who is a computer genius.
Die Laughing is the first book in my Benjamin Kroh series. It is about a surprisingly well-adjusted serial killer who is also a standup comedian. Part of his MO is collecting fingertips. Not only are the fingertips trophies, but he also uses them in subsequent killings to assure the authorities that he is the perpetrator.
Die by Proxy is the second book in my Benjamin Kroh series. The antagonist in this book is killing child molesters, and leaving them along Interstate 69. With each new molester death, his cult following grows. There is a strong opinion to let the unsub continue. Even Kroh and his team like the idea, but must do all he can to stop him.
Die by Vengeance is the third book in my Benjamin Kroh series. It is about childhood trauma that happened during a thunderstorm, and now the Rainy Day Killer is seeking vengeance.
Die by Design is the fourth book in my Benjamin Kroh series. In this book, Kroh and his team face their most dangerous antagonist. This killer’s main mission is the death of agent Kroh.
Die by Association is the fifth book in my Benjamin Kroh series. This serial killer is targeting Homeowners Association board members. This one was kind of fun to write, knowing that HOA board members are some of the most well-liked people in the world.
Don’t worry, I’m already 30,000 words into sixth book in the series.
I also have two books in the science fiction genre.
The Serpent’s Gift, is a complete What If. It is about a galactic war between Heaven and Hell, where they are real planets, and real living beings. The twist in this book, is that Heaven is the seat of the bad guys. Jesus is so bad, that he might slit your throat just because you spilled something in front of him. One thing you learn, is that the earth is one of the most important planets in the galaxy, and only a handful of people know about it. Another interesting fact is that the Bible was sent here as propaganda to get us to join Heaven’s side when the war came to us.
Rise of the Fallen, is the sequel/prequel to The Serpent’s Gift. In this book, I wrote the sequel first, so you can see how the story ends, and then the prequel, so you could see how God and Lucifer became friends as children.
I also have two books that are anthologies of short stories.
Excretions of an Atypical Mind, is a collection of short stories of many genres; love stories, science fiction, environmental, and four stories from the Benjamin Kroh universe.
Hold That Thought, is the second collection of short stories which includes, all of the above, with the addition of two horror stories.
In my next blog, I plan to give you insights into the stories I’m working on.
