Writer, Promote Thyself

I can write.

Oh, if only you could see how long it took to write that sentence, then you’d probably understand why this rambling of thoughts feels like a scream for help into the void.

Maybe not a scream. Maybe like a whimper, or probably more like an uncertain smile hoping someone notices that I’m looking for an answer to something. Not that I think I’m looking for an answer here either; I don’t really know.

The Fun that is Freelance Writing

Most days, I kind of love the life I’m living. Freelancing means I can start writing an article in my pajamas at three in the morning when insomnia hits, and finish it in a dark and dingy cafe corner nursing my seventh espresso of the day somewhere mid-afternoon (yes, that’s too many).
