MY - Wishing

As you can see by the sheer size of the picture above this is not my yard.
But I can enjoy the view whenever Mike and I play golf. Personally, I believe that's why men like golf because they're not the ones that have to mow the grass or take care of the plants.

WW - Waves

Did you know there are three types of waves:


Mechanical waves require a material medium to travel (air, water, ropes). These waves are divided into three different types.

*Transverse waves cause the medium to move perpendicular to the direction of the wave.

*Longitudinal waves cause the medium to move parallel to the direction of the wave.

*Surface waves are both transverse waves and longitudinal waves mixed in one medium.

Electromagnetic waves do not require a medium to travel (light, radio).

Matter waves are produced by electrons and particles.

MY - Oranges

I am so excited about the oranges on my small orange tree. I believe it is doing so well because I have it in a pot, instead of planting it in the flower bed.

Funny, I started writing my first book back in 2000. Loved that book and the words seem to fly onto the page.

I had a lot to learn. Now, the words don't come as easy. The editor in my head gets in the way.

Guess, the new task is to learn how to turn off the professor voice and just enjoy the flow.

For some reason, plants that have a bulb, I tend to do better growing. These were easy though they took a lot longer to come up than I anticipated. Now, if I can keep from killing them.
