Time to go back in the past!

Hey guys!Guess what??? It's Thursday!!That's right and here on my blog it's #ThrowbackThursdayHow should we celebrate??Let's take a look at my very first release...Stripped BareOh, Maddie and Jax. My first story...I wake with a start, someone tapping my shoulder. I gasp and quickly stand, jumping back, panic flooding my body, my ear bud falling out, my phone clattering to the ground, pulling the ear buds right along with it.“I’m sorry, there young lady. I didn’t mean to scare you. I just wanted to let you know the bus is here.”The older man points to the bus, his eyes filled with concern. “Are you alright?” I nod quickly, unable to make eye contact. I whisper a quick thank you, swoop down and grab my phone and ear buds, and dart on the bus as fast as I could. I hand over my ticket and rush to the back, sliding into the last corner booth. There is only one other person on the bus besides the older man now getting on. I hope there isn’t much more.The air in the bus is hot and thick. I feel like I couldn’t breathe, trapped somewhere with no fresh air. It smells faintly of body odor and perfume. I feel nauseous at the thought of the long ride ahead, the bus not the most comfortable of transportation choices.I couldn’t believe I had fallen asleep. I rub my eyes, trying to clear my head. I am so stupid. What if I had been found while sleeping? Fuck, Maddie. Get it together!I stare out the window, willing the bus to just hurry up and go. The sooner we start moving, the better. I am staying on this bus to the very end of the route which was across the country. I found the longest route and saved every dollar I could slowly steal off my father and brother.What am I going to do when I get there? No fucking clue but I figured I would go from there once I actually made it there. I could be captured before then. Who fucking knows with my family. I had to be very careful, keeping my head down and not speaking to many people.Just then, a dark haired man gets on the bus. He glances my way and ice runs down my back as soon as my eyes meet his. No. No no no. It can’t be. Not already.I look away quickly and pretend I didn’t just make eye contact. He is moving closer to me; I can see it from the corner of my eye.But then he slides into a booth a few ahead of me and puts on a pair of headphones.I let out the breath I didn’t know I was holding. The woman across from me, who was on the bus before me, gives me a strange look, her pretty features crinkling in the process. I smile and look away.This is going to be a long fucking ride.Want to read more of their story? GUYS! Can you believe 2018 is here?? It's insane! But let's make it the best year we can.And how do we do that, do you ask?By reading of course. Lol.And, I'm going to dedicate myself to blogging more and writing more. If you never want to miss a post signup HERE to be subscribed to my blog.Okay let's get to the good stuff.It's Wednesday (yay) aka Hump Day aka #WIPWednesday!!So I'm going to give you a bit of Love in Disguise!**NOT edited, subject to changes, owned by Lyssa Cole Alicia“Get on your knees.” Gabe demands.I swallow past the lump in my throat, my heart thumping in my chest. “No.” Gabe’s eyes flash. He hates being told no. Oh well, big boy.He grasps both sides of my face and before I can protest, he crashes his lips to mine, forcing them open with his tongue. His hands work their way into my hair as his fingers wrap around the curly strands.He breaks the kiss as he pushes my head back, his hands pulling at my hair. I gasp as his warm tongue licks my neck, his movements precise as he sucks and nibbles all over my delicate skin. I shiver as pulses of heat shoot straight down my core. Fuck, I could orgasm from his kiss.The kisses stop and I groan, instantly missing his warmth. My eyes find his, his hands still woven into my hair. “Get on your knees.” Gabe whispers against my lips and I shake my head no. Who in the hell does he think he is? I’m not dropping to my knees just because he says so.Gabe slides his hands down over my shoulders and under my arms. In a second, I’m lifted off the ground, my feet dangling helplessly as Gabe toss me over his shoulder. I yelp, the butterflies suddenly caught in a tornado. I try to move, but it’s no use. Gabe slaps my ass and carries me away from my living room and down the hall.“If you don’t want to be a good girl and listen, you’ll be punished.” He slaps my ass again as his feet find my bedroom.I shriek, my own hands slapping his rock hard ass. He doesn’t even flinch. “I don’t have to listen to you.” I snap. God, he makes my blood boil yet hot at the same time.Gabe tosses me onto the bed, my body bouncing on the soft mattress. Before I can scramble away, he’s crawling up my body. He grabs both of my wrists with one hand and pins them above my head. I blink in surprise. “Can’t get away, can you, babe?” Gabe growls before running his tongue along my jaw and up to my ear. I buck beneath him but it’s no use. I itch to touch him. I close my eyes as he drives me wild with his tongue. I’ve yet to see him naked but damn, do I want to. I’ve pictured it every damn day since I laid eyes on him. His fitted shirt hugs every defined muscle and I know there must be a six pack hidden under there. His biceps bulge with each move he makes and I’m sure he can bench press an impressive number.“Are you ready to get on your knees now?” His hot breath tickles my ear and I bite back a moan. I’m so turned on, I’ll do anything at this point.“Will you get on your knees for me?” I whisper. He stills and my eyes fly open, his handsome face smirking down at me.“My little spitfire. You drive me fucking crazy.” Gabe breaths before capturing my mouth in a deep kiss.I hope you enjoyed Alicia & Gabe. It's Almost 2018!

Hey all!Happy Holidays! I hope everyone is enjoying their holiday week and getting to do whatever they love. I'm working most of it but there's always time for fun! Right? ;)We all know it's the season for resolutions. I feel like every time I make resolutions, no matter what they are, I set myself up to fail just by calling them resolutions. Lol. Seriously, though. As soon as I turn my goals or plans into New Year's resolutions, they fly out the window.So I'm trying something new this year. I'm making goals.I'm making plans.But this time- they aren't resolutions but simply things for me to strive for.Of course, eating better, exercising more, and taking care of myself are on my goal list (they pretty much are every year lol), but this time I have career goals.My day job doesn't need goals per say, it's more problem solving type work. But my being an author needs goals. And I've already set them.I joined a Write 365 Days a Year club and set myself a daily goal. I have so many stories inside me, I need to get them out.I'm going to blog more and reach out with snippets, works in progress, ideas, book shit in general, etc.Right now I'm writing Love in Disguise (I'll be sharing a scene soon!). But I have some other stories planned I can't wait to share them. Soon I'll be sharing snippets of one I can't wait to tell you more about.Goal Number 1- BLOG MORE! Yes!
