Book 1:
Edwin Barrett is a phoenix shifter who protects other supernatural beings. A siren comes on land to lure men and women to their deaths. Believing Baltic Pelagius to be that siren, he attempts to annihilate him. He's thwarted by Drake Pelagius and Caspian Pelagius. The Pelagius brothers are identical triplets, but he only has eyes for Drake, who convinces him of Baltic's innocence. Book 2:
Jefferson Workman, an elf, is instantly attracted to the merman he bumps into outside the public library, but he has no idea how to get in touch. He doesn't even know the merman's name. He won't ever forget those enticing icy blue eyes, though. He's saved from his constant pining when he's tasked to deal with an evil sorcerer who attacks supernatural beings at random.

Baltic Pelagius, a merman, is astounded by his instant attraction to the elf he briefly talks to because he hasn't felt something like that for a century. However, he dares not hope for a happy ending. He's an abomination due to the siren magic within him which urges him to lure men and women to their deaths. He also has to contend with a sorcerer who uses dark magic on him. Then, he crosses path once again with the elf.

Can Jefferson and Baltic work through their issues together while fighting against the evil sorcerer?

Book 3:
Gavin Barton, a water dragon shifter, and Caspian Pelagius, a merman, have an instant attraction. It isn't long before they're mated. They begin going out on dates afterward. They're doing everything in reverse, but it works for them. Then, the shadow people attacks randomly. Gavin tries not to display his overwhelming concern for his mate on the surface, but with the constant assaults, he's beginning to crack. He makes the mistake of wanting to use Baltic, Caspian's youngest brother, as a weapon, rationalizing it as his attempt to deal with the shadow people and protect his mate simultaneously.

Caspian is less than impressed. He loves Gavin. He's aware Gavin can be overly spontaneous at times. It makes for a fun date. However, Gavin doesn't take Baltic's safety and mental health into account when planning for a retaliation against the shadow people.

Can the two mates work things out between them? Or will the differences in their opinions tear them apart?
