The Drupe Group
I've started my very own Goodreads book discussion group. Thus far it's just me and, well, me. The purpose of this group is somewhat vague, I'll admit. Here's the description:
"Strange fruits and wordy aliens. Peculiar types determined to swim against the tide. Misanthropes, depressives and all those least likely to take part in group activity but can see the funny side."
The group is of course open to anyone over 18. You can start your own discussion and have others (or maybe just yourself) contribute sage opinion on stuff to do with words. I'm thinking about starting a discussion about publishers, although I may not as this is likely to be ill-humoured and as moderator I've banned ill-humour. So, why not drop by and entertain yourself. Who knows, another lost soul may wash up.
