Inspiration from dreams
Throughout history, people have been inspired by their dreams. Not just in writing, but in music. They say that the unconscious mind is unrestricted by conscious thought, and therefore can access the full potential of the human brain.
Remember came to me in a dream. I saw an eerie house in the dead of night, thunder crashing and monsters moaning. In the dream, the people who lived inside were tortured by the sounds of monsters buried beneath their house. I'm pretty sure it was narrated by Morgan Freeman.
I keep a dream journal to help collect the ideas that come to me in the night. I actually dreamt last night about something I look forward to putting in your hands.
