I am sorry that it is not talked about. To be honest, it isn't talked about enough any where — thus why I take sharing it as something I must do!
I like your approach to healing — one day/thing at a time, and that you have found medications what work.
People assume that once your on meds, everything is fixed… this is certainty not the case, but people fail to realise that of course!

Sensationalist news is the worst.
Sensationalist news is the worst. Yes bad stuff is happening, but it wont result in the results that those news people suggest. It is rarely as bad as they predict — and thus what they get their followers to feel.

I am not hooked on medications, however I have experienced their benefits (and the trouble associated with coming off them as well).
Good luck with your book, I published through amazon! Very easy process, I am doing my fourth now!
