The only solution that I can think of to address it is via interpersonal discussions, and long form podcasting discussions (allows nuance).

Adulting, Would Not Recommend

Anger, whilst ‘feeling good/justified’ does nothing truly productive for my mental health/future.
Best to work on my self,m get therapy etc.
