My Bad Botox Experience

I wanted to share with you guys my bad botox experience! Botox did get rid of some wrinkles, but it also left me with brow drop (and constant a resting bitch face) as a side effect of too much botox in my forehead.

My dropped brows make me look angry, but the worst part is the constant headache. I wanted to share my botox gone wrong experience with you so that you are fully aware of the risks and downfalls of the procedure!

Thanks so much for watching!

My Dirty 30 Speed Cleaning Routine – Kitchen and Bathrooms

Just like everyone organizes a little bit differently (find out your organizing style here), not all cleaning routines work for the same for everyone either. Some people are daily zone cleaners while others would rather dedicate one day each week for a full house clean. Power Hour cleaning routines are really popular right now too, but for me, I like a quick and easy DIRTY 30 daily speed cleaning routine.

My ADHD brain makes it hard for me to concentrate on boring or mundane tasks for very long. Unfortunately, housework is one of those things I have a very short attention span for. That is why this Dirty 3o routine really works for me. Each task is just 10 minutes long for a total of 30 minutes. I set my timer for 10 minutes and rush to get as much done, as fast as I can! You will be amazed at how much you can accomplish in just ten short minutes.

Once my timer is up, I move onto the next area, whether I am done the current task or not.  If I need to, I repeat the three areas as many times as needed until they are all clean! You can download your own FREE Dirty 30 Cleaning Routine Checklist now!

For me, this kitchen, tidy and bathroom daily routine rarely takes me a full 30 minutes. If you try and do this quick routine each and everyday, I’m certain you can get it down to an easy 15 minutes total.  This routine makes a perfect 15 minute nightly cleaning routine.  Once your home is pretty consistently tidy and clean, you can try the Dirty 30 routine below. It is meant for homes that are already pretty clean and clutter-free as a way of daily easy daily maintenance.

The Art of Getting More Done in Less Time

Want to know how to get more done in less time? I first recommend giving a quick listen to this short podcast:

With three little kids, a home-based business and all the household responsibilities that come with adulting, I have a lot on my plate. I spent the better part of ten years in a blur of work, kids and household chores, and I wasn’t managing any of those things particularly well. I was always so stressed out about all the things I had to do each day, I wasn’t actually accomplishing very much of it at all. I’m pretty sure I spent most of my time fretting about my hectic life and procrastinating on actually getting anything of real meaning done. I would rush around doing small, silly tasks, all the while avoiding doing the things that would have the biggest impact on my life.

I still have not mastered the art of time management or productivity. In all honesty, I really, kind of, suck at it. While I could definitely get way more done in a day, I certainly have come a long way in the past two years. I grew my online business to over 300,000 combined followers, created new revenue streams through multiple platforms that now earn me over six figures a year (while at home chilling with the kids) and I even wrote a best selling book! Now, I am able to accomplish more than I ever thought possible and I have way more free time than I ever did before. The difference? I started scheduling and organizing my time.

I started with a goal.  Right now, my goal is writing a new book. Since I only have two months to complete this goal, I need to break that big goal down into manageable weekly and then daily tasks. Here are some of the tools I use to do this below, feel free to download these printables FOR FREE. The links are located at the bottom of each printable.

You can download your free Goals Setting printable by clicking the link.

Once I have my goal broken down into smaller chunks, I can now schedule those chunks into my monthly, weekly and daily schedule. That is how you make an attainable plan. That, my friends, is how you get more done in less time and that is how dreams come true!

Download your free Goal Action Planner by clicking the link.

Just the act of writing out your plan makes you more likely to do it! Putting your plan and schedule somewhere you will see it everyday will keep you focused and motivated. You don’t even have to do EVERYTHING on your schedule to see a huge impact!
