Publication Day - Detective Dachshund and the Fluffy Thief
I'm very pleased to announce the publication of Detective Dachshund and the Fluffy Thief, my first book in a children's series that I have written in rhyme and hand illustrated.
Detective Dachshund is assigned to catch Clawdius Cat, burglar and jewellery thief, but the night takes an unexpected turn. This is a funny story with a twist.

New children's book - Detective Dachshund and the Fluffy Thief, publication date 28 April 2022
My illustrated children's book, Detective Dachshund and the Fluffy Thief, will be published on 28 April 2022.
It's a humorous short story, written in rhyme and brought to life with detailed artwork.

But his sergeant still shouted, ‘Get more effective!’

Hingston's Box Audiobook Released on Audible 17 December 2019
Delighted to announce the release of the Hingston's Box audiobook, available on Audible from 17 December 2019. Copies will also be available via Amazon and iTunes shortly.

Hingston's Box Audiobook Coming Soon
Due to unforeseen circumstances involving family illness, the second Hingston novel had to be put on hold. However, I have recently returned to my writing and it will not be too much longer before the second book is complete. More updates to follow in due course.
On a positive note, there is some good news to announce. An audiobook version of Hingston's Box has been in production this year and is due to be released on Audible, Amazon and iTunes very soon.
The narrator, J.R. Hamilton, has brought the story to life wonderfully. Audio clips are being released via Twitter as of this week. Please feel free to follow us on Twitter @Decima_Blake and @JRHamiltonAudio and listen to the narration.
