DNA PSYCHIC READING
In 1990 I had my first encounter with DNA - long before hearing about it in mainstream conversation, news and detective crimes television shows. In fact when DNA strands manifested in front of my eyes, I had no idea what they were. It happened when I was in Florida on holiday. Waiting for my host to come home I sat in a window seat. The sun filtering through the windows lulled me to a deeply relaxed state although not sleep My eyes were half-mask as I basked in the lovely moment. Suddenly long colorful ribbons or strands were moving in front of me. They were truly beautiful! Living, moving, colors shimmering, twinkling. Within the strand were colorful dots of various colors, all in constant twirling motion.
Some were tangled, some moving smoothly. Again, I was fully conscious in my relaxed state and now, fully confused. This image in front of me was not taking place as a thought (in my mind) but as a vision (external and apart from my physical space.)
The vision was accompanied by a message, which then was within my mind. “Look at this and know each person is made up from codes. You can see this clearly.
Since I had no understanding, knowledge or even accepting of this vision or information, I put it aside for quite a few years and rarely, if ever talked about it. How could I describe the strands and what they meant when I didn’t think I had enough information. Plus, would people think I was crazy? Okay, beyond that already with talking to spirits/ghosts.
The same way I put aside my 1970 NDE (near death experience as described in my book, "How to Talk with Spirits: Seances, Mediums, Ghost Hunts."in 1970. Both were too difficult to discuss. Both were deeply emotional experiences. Both had a great impact upon me.
Now after retiring from psychic readings I find it is time to share my DNA insights for the betterment of health of others. I’m only experimenting with how it is to work.Unlike the usual psychic readings I gave for years these readings do not speak about the future, although they guide a person to confer with their medical caretakers on illness and disease treatments.
Did you know psychic readers and even medical intuitives by law, cannot diagnose illnesses or diseases, nor prescribe treatment for. But we can “see” on a psychic level health conditions and information and encourage clients to follow-up.

My first case was a long time coaching client. Often her anger would explode into rage causing serious difficulties in personal and professional relationships. During one of our coaching session I saw a tangle of DNA strands in her gut. In the months we worked on untangling through meditation, setting easy goals to convey her emotions, her angry rages subsided, her eating habits improved, her gut juices improved, and her sense of family closeness occurred
There was a woman I met and mentioned I picked up she wasn't drinking enough water because she didn't like it. The woman confirmed I was right. I asked to read her DNA history on that. What I told her astounded her. At one time in another country her family's village had a serious water contamination problem and poisoned most the village. She is very much into genealogy and confirmed that to be true. Her reaction to water was feeling sick in her stomach. She carried forth the fear, and the sensation of feeling sick to her stomach. With this knowledge she drinks filtered water.
The two cases I recently worked on were of two very ill people. The first woman is near death unless she make some serious health decisions. Her physicians cannot find the source of illness. It is a tangled strand of DNA in the throat region, no doubt her thyroid and within her kidneys. Her gall bladder has already produced stones, but her DNA revealed a collection of fatty tissues in her liver. She promised to follow through with more tests.Included in her DNA was, once again, certain behavior, and beliefs within the family structure contributing to the weakness in organs causing vulnerability to health. There had been in her maternal lineage long standing feuds between mother and daughter since this patient could recall.
Another patient had a family lineage of mental illness and this was present in her DNA, but her maternal side proved she could overcome it. Her depression had to be dealt with equally to her care of the physical symptoms.
The difference to me from reading the aura and history of the person now is deeper into the creation, perpetuation and history of illnesses.
Honestly, I don’t know where I’m going with this as I’m enjoying retirement. I do know I have a valuable and helpful ability.
Below is a very simple explanation of DNA. Please do research it more because it is fascinating.
DNA is the molecule that contains the genetic code of organisms. This include Animals, plants, protists, archaea and bacteria.DNA is in each cell in the organism and tells cells what proteins to make. Mostly, these proteins are enzmes. DNA is inherited by children from their parents. This is why children share traits with their parents, such as skin, hair and eye color. The DNA in a person is a combination of the DNA from each of their parents.

HALLOWEEN, A SPOOKY, good time and all for amusement, right?
The night is much more than just for fun. All Hallows Eve or Halloween and November First, are sacred times for many throughout the world to honor the dead. The Celts and Mexicans honor their elderly, ancestors, and the dead with special rituals and celebrations on those days. The Catholic Church combined the pagan beliefs with their own to create a day to honor the saints on November first.
Celtic pagans believed the veils between the two worlds of the living and dead thinned or dropped so spirits could walk the earth to visit their living relatives before crossing back over to the “underworld.” The spirits were not only our loved ones, but also all spirits who want to walk the earth, feel alive and connected to the living. During the spirits’ visit, spooky things happened, as you can imagine. The Celts disguised themselves to waylay troublesome or evil spirits so they wouldn’t recognize and haunt people. Tradition warned people, especially the elderly, the sick and the young, to stay safely hidden inside so they wouldn’t be grabbed and taken to the “underground.” This is a good time to invite spirits you want to visit into your home.

NEW YOU: NEW LIFE ROLE INITIATION SPELL
Throughout life there are times we take on new and different roles. Sometimes they come with a title identifying who and what we are professionally and personally.
A time of reflect in the way of a spell for those different path and new roles can give greater insights to ourselves and the journey. Below is an initiation spell to give a clarity spiritually while preparing us for the actual physical events yet to unfold.
Recently in my AMORC - Rosicrucian Order I was asked to step up to a title position Now, I'm not crazy about titles, especially ones with high praises, but I accepted the position although it means more time and work. I accepted because my life - spiritual and wordly has changed for the better from the teaching of this fellowship (it's not a religion).
Am I up for this titled role? Can I truly be of value? In my questioning I realized clearing myself of doubt and concerns will allow for greater acceptance that yes, it is time for me to raise my consciousness to higher plane and serve humanity in some positive way.
I am preparing to to sit at my altar with this initiation spell.

STICKS AND STONES - THE POWER OF NAME CALLING
Sticks and bones may break my bones but names will never hurt me.
The little ditty children learn to ward off feeling badly when attacked by mean name calling.
Mikey's stupid. Mary's an ugly, fat cow. Bobby's skeely-eyed! Suzy's so skinny she falls through cracks. You're crazy. Belong in a nut house! Tommy's worthless - a sissy, a queer, idiot, good for nothing and on and on.
Usually an audience of listers chime in becoming a chorus of cruel words. Like real sticks the blows hurt and and humiliate the minds and hearts of the prey.
Unfortunately, those negative words often stay with us into adulthood and can smart just as when we were children.
Be careful what you think, because your thoughts run your life. Proverbs 4:23
I'm preparing a lecture titled, The Power of Thoughts and Words, with a focus on how our physical bodies suffer from negative thoughts, I'm reminded to watch my words.
Words have an strong impact upon us as they roll around our brains, taking root, creating beliefs and self-images, life choices (personally and professionally).
Do you find you're your own worst critic? "I am so fat." "Stupid me!" (when we make a mistake). "I'll never get that job because I'm not good enough, smart enough, etc.) "I'll never meet the right loving partner because I'm (fill in the blank). "I'm not worthy to be loved, successful, whatever" etc. etc.
Those messages stuck in the brain's highway of electrical impulses shooting through it - through YOU, through your thoughts ulitamely creating stress and breaking down the physical body; ailments, diseases, pains.
I've been interested in how the brain works since I was a teen. I turn my thoughts inward to watch my brain's activity and feel the energy. Try it, it's amazing.
With the advancement of science in the study of the brain there is documentation through scans and imaging of the brain that words heard and spoken do need "light up" and run through various parts of the brain impacting our thoughts, emotions and physicality.
A thought enters the brain as an image, a color, symbol and/or sound. You then translate it into language, choosing a word or words to describe what you experience.
If this doesn't get your thinking about changing your mind/thoughts, what will?
Words Can Change Your Brain by Andrew Newberg, M.S. American neuroscientist and Director of Research at the Myrna Brind Center for Integrative Medicine at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital and Mark Robert Waldman, Executive MBA Faculty at Loyola Marymount University teaching the Neuro Leadership program and author of 14 books “Words can literary change your brain. Negative words create a traffic jam in the brain. A single negative word can increase the activity in our brain’s fear center. This releases dozens of stress-producing hormones and neurotransmitters, which then interrupts our brain’s function. Angry words send alarm messages through the brain and they partially shut down the logic and reasoning centers locate in the frontal lobes. Conversely, hostile language can disrupt specific genes that play a key part in the production of neurochemicals that protect us from stress.”
Ouch! That caused my thoughts to think of the many years of thinking and speaking and listening to negative, hurtful words.
In the early 20th century Rosicrucian Max Heindel a Christian occultist, astrologer, mystic and author devoted much time and effort to ascertaining the real causes of physical and mental disorders. In his articles titled Occult Principles of Health and Healing, he writes, “In man the brain is the link between the Spirit and the outside world. He can know nothing of the outside world except through the medium of the brain. The sense organs are merely carriers to the brain of impacts from without and the brain is the instrument, which interprets and coordinates those impacts. It is known that thought breaks down and destroys nerve tissues.”
Florence Nightingale, pioneer for nursing, taught that the mental pain of the patient was equal to the physical. "It's a nurse's task to lift the spirits whenever possible."
Enlighten Your Awareness
Examine your thought and reaction. You might be surprised. Lift your spirits by consciously choosing positive words to feed your brain.
Peace, Love, Joy, Harmony, Kindness, Laughter, Play - repeat daily.
Use positive words. Look for the good. You are a creator of your life and the world's history.

Do negative thoughts and words poison the mind and eat away at the very heart of every cell in your body?

As a psychic/medium for over 45 years I know how much people retain in their minds fears, hopes, past painful memories good times, things that haven't even happened - leading to ill health, unhappiness and thus negative life experiences.

NEGATIVE THINKING POISONS THE BODY
It's true, scientific studies reveal what metaphysics has said for years: the poison of your mind (negative, fearful thinking) causes health problems, emotionally and physically.

I have lectured, taught many classes, (some now on my YouTube channel June Ahern Author) and given interviews on radio, podcast and television programs. The topic is about one or more of my four books' subjects and my psychic and mediumship experiences.
Luckily, my books receive overwhelmingly positive reviews i.e. Amazon US, UK, France, Japan, Smashwords, Barnes and Noble - just to name a few. My first novel, "The Skye in June", has been translated to Japanese.
One of my greatest pleasures is knowing my books bring joy to readers as well as reading giving them voice at book parties and events. .
The book events allows for guests to ask questions and share experiences they might also have had regarding one of my books' subject. Especially "How to Talk With Spirits: Seances, Mediums, Ghost Hunts."

Bookstore events are a great way to check out an author whereas book parties usually held in homes are provide a comfortable setting with guests listening to me reading excerpts with time to answer questions. I.e. why did you write (a particular book)? What do you know about (whatever book in discussion) What's it like being psychic?
And so forth.
Conversation flow easily (much more than if in a bookstore) with a few laughs and often I share some demonstrations of my psychic impressions! Like at any party the delicious foods and libations. A good time is had as I autographing books.

Rusty Dennis was a wild woman! Independent, charismatic, and very interested in psychics.
She became my friend in the 1980s when I met her at a house viewing of Louis Hay's "You Can Heal Your Life" video showing.
We shared an astrology sign, Gemini, and that we were! Also, we had a true spiritual connection.
Cher portrayed her in the movie, "Mask" and don't even think Cher caught the true toughness and charm of the real Rusty.
Her birthday is tomorrow, May 29, and I feel her spirit around me each year.
We share a great interest in the metaphysics,.
Rusty was very interested in my psychic classes she took them all! Tarot, ESP Development + and when I wrote my first book, A Professional Psychic Reading as Alternative Counseling (retitled, The Timeless Counselor" she gave it a blurb.
