Seven Yoga Habits that could transform your Life

Non reaction - The Key Ingredient of all Yoga habits.

Observing sensation without reacting to it, as good and bad. Not putting any judgement helps us to open up, become friendly and improve the curiosity and acceptance. The entire process of observing sensations, but not reacting to it, observing chemistry of inner and external world but remain non attached to it, is where meditation takes yoy. The pain and distress we create by our reacting to it is controlled and helps to improve understanding, to any situation, people and things. This is the benefit of the state of equanimity, to bring a qualified response instead of an unfiltered reaction. This is the coping mechanism to any situation by an yogic approach.

Imagine how non reactive observation is key to bliss and happiness. You go to cinema, seeing an very emotional and action drama, and another guy comes to also see the movie. He screams and reacts and cries in every intense scene, you remain unperturbed and go out from the hall, enjoying the movie, and he goes out filling distressed.

Non reaction helps to create us get into a natural flow which can be only tampered by expectation and doer ship.
