A native from Perú, Rocío Quispe-Agnoli is William J. Beal Distinguished Professor of Colonial Latin American Studies at Michigan State. Since 2019, she is working on Speculative Fiction (sci-fi, horror lits, dark lits-lit oscura, literatura fantástica) in the Spanish-speaking world, emphasizing South American and Peruvian authors and women writers.
