Jessica Easto I decided to write CRAFT COFFEE: A MANUAL because I didn't see a coffee book on the market that was written specifically for home coffee brewers that …moreI decided to write CRAFT COFFEE: A MANUAL because I didn't see a coffee book on the market that was written specifically for home coffee brewers that focused solely on brewing coffee (i.e., not espresso, not roasting). There is so much to learn and explore that I thought handbrewing was worthy of its own book! I also wanted to write a book wouldn't overwhelm someone who was new to handbrewing coffee, and I wanted it to be as useful as possible. (less)
