Artists, Myth & Hope has been published by Grant Hudson of Clarendon House Publications!
Artists, Myth & Hope has been officially published by Grant Hudson of Clarendon House Publications! This is my tenth book, it is dedicated to J. R.R. Tolkien, and I am thankful for the endorsement from Dr. Don King and Dr. Steven Beebe.
I look forward to holding a physical copy in my hands, am currently planning a book signing event, and getting in some copies at the local Barnes & Noble. Writing it was quite cathartic, brought me great joy, and reminded of rich memories made in England, Scotland, Ireland, and the mountains of North Carolina.
This book is inspired by the power of myth, the virtue of hope, writers such as the Brontë sisters, John O'Donohue, Jon Foreman, C.S.Lewis , George MacDonald, John Donne, T.S.Eliot, Madeleine L'Engle, Dante Alighieri, Seamus Heaney, Desmond Tutu, Neil Gaiman, Joy Davidman, Dorothy Sayers, Christopher Tolkien, and others. Order yourself a copy today!
"Justin Wiggins’ Artists, Myth, & Hope continues the fine work of his Surprised by Agape and Tir na nÓg. This new book surveys the value of a number of writers including John Donne, the Brontës, George MacDonald, C. S. Lewis, T. S. Eliot, J. R. R. Tolkien, Madeleine L’Engle, Joy Davidman, N. T. Wright, and many others. Readers will be encouraged to examine these writers and themselves and to reflect upon the power of the written word."
-Dr. Don King C.S. Lewis scholar and Author of Inkling, Historian, Soldier, and Brother: A Life of Warren Hamilton Lewis
"Reading these well-crafted stories of the lives of great authors is like finding a treasure chest of glittering gems. The stories sparkle not only because they present fascinating details about the authors’ lives, but because they point to The Source of all light that illuminates the writing of each author."
-Dr. Steven A. Beebe, Ph.D., Regents’ and University Distinguished Professor Emeritus, Texas State University
Author of C. S. Lewis and the Craft of Communication

Sacred Space, co-written with Matthew Huff, has been published!
Sacred Space, that I co-wrote with my friend Matthew Huff, has been published by Steve Cawte of Impspired! Matt and I are planning a book signing event sometime this year. Stay posted! The cover art is by Italian artist Domenico Zampieri. It feels quite good to have this book being published in 2024!
The book of poems is dedicated to poet Malcolm Guite, and is endorsed by Dr. Don King. Matt and I are very excited about this book! We have collaborated in the tradition of C.S.Lewis, J.R.R. Tolkien, and The Inklings. It has been encouraging that people have already ordered some copies!
“Sacred Space is a thoughtful collection of sonnets and poems celebrating language, nature, literature, and art. The authors, Matthew Huff and Justin Wiggins, invite readers to share their visions of the places and writers that have nurtured them. Both have been richly inspired by the works of John Donne, J.R.R Tolkien, C. S. Lewis, Flannery O’Connor, Seams Heaney, and others.”
-Dr. Don King C.S. Lewis scholar and Author of Inkling, Historian, Soldier, & Brother: A Life of Warren Hamilton Lewis
These sixty poems by Matthew Huff and Justin Wiggins inspired by doubt and faith, the power of myth, the agape love of Christ, writers Seamus Heaney, Malcolm Guite, T.S. Eliot, Dante, John Donne, Madeleine L'Engle, C. S. Lewis, J.R.R.Tolkien, Frederick Buechner, Flannery O' Connor, Levi The Poet, Jon Foreman, and other writers, allow the reader to slow down and reflect on what it means to be human in the context of grace in our fractured manic postmodern world. These poems will help readers to find their own sacred space in the chaos of life, and will also inspire, encourage, and give spiritual nourishment.

Celtic Dawn is published!
Hey friends! My fantasy novella, Celtic Dawn, has been officially published by the brilliant Steve Cawte of Impspired! This is my eight book, and writing it was a labor of love! You can find the book on my Amazon Author page and the Impspired website. The book is dedicated to Ger White, Colin Duriez , Cindy Zudys , David Jack , and JL Jack .
Thanks to the brilliant visual artist Carrie Stout for the beautiful front cover art of the Celtic Goddess Brigid and Tír na nÓg, to my Irish poet friend Ger White for your moving endorsement, to T.E. Sanders for the beautiful font, to Steve Cawte for the lovely image from The Book of Kells on the back cover of the book, and to Jim Bates for your helpful critique! I worked hard on this book in England, Scotland, Ireland, and in the mountains of North Carolina. I am looking forward to holding a copy in my hands soon, and getting in some copies at my local Barnes & Noble.
Ger White's endorsement is posted below, as well as the synopsis of the book. Order yourself a copy today, and let me know if you would like a signed copy!
"Justin Wiggins courageously takes on big subjects in his writings. He generously shares his literate, well-read mind. This fantasy tale combines beauty of love, power of art, and virtue of hope, and leaves us wondering could true love alter past, present and future? A worthwhile read."
- Ger White, Irish author and poet
After battling leukemia and finding healing and hope, the North Carolina native Conor McArthur emigrates to Ireland on a work visa to teach World Literature at Trinity College in Dublin. In Dublin he encounters a strange, eccentric librarian named Brigid, who works as an archivist with The Book of Kells. Although a stranger, she seems familiar to him. Little does Conor know that she is not human, but a Celtic Goddess from the holy Isle of Tír na nÓg sent back to the mortal realm owing to an ancient dark evil stirring which could plummet the world into a perpetual hellish night preventing the Celtic Dawn.
Find out what happens in this epic fantasy novella by Justin Wiggins, inspired by Stephen Lawhead, Neil Gaiman, J.R. R. Tolkien, and C. S. Lewis, set in the 21st century and the Celtic Otherworld.

Ragnarok is published!
Hello friends! I am excited to announce that my seventh book, Ragnarok, has been published by Steve Cawte of Impspired! The book of poetry is inspired by the writings of Neil Gaiman, C. S. Lewis, J. R. R. Tolkien, doubt and faith, pain and joy, death and resurrection, my faith in Christ, Norse and Celtic Mythology, adventures in Ireland, Scotland, England, and North Carolina, and is dedicated to my Irish poet friend Ger White! Thanks to Ger White, Rob Jones, and Jim Bates for the moving endorsements, and to T.E. Sanders for the brilliant font! See you at the book signing on March 18th if you will be there. Cheers!
"In these simple, yet profound poems, Wiggins work bubbles in an undercurrent of impending joy. He brings a life-continuity from the ancients. Through his words the reader feels someone tapping at ancient strings of their heart, nudging lost wisdom to life. I highly recommend Justin’s Ragnarok."
-Ger White, Ireland Poet, Author of Newspapers on the Floor Poems On Irish Traditional Ways.
"Justin Wiggins has an exceptional ability to write prolific and highly imaginative poetry, and Ragnarok is no exception. These poems are pregnant with transcending wonder and beauty. They will translate the mind and heart into another realm, where the reader will encounter the gods of Old Norse Mythology and the mystical scenery of Ireland, Scotland, England, and North Carolina. This collection of poems is refreshing and entertaining, which is sure to make Ragnarok an instant classic."
-Rob Jones, Poet, Author of Re-enchanted.
"Justin is a master at bringing out the heart and soul of his characters and he does a wonderful job here as we learn about Bragi, God of Poetry, about Odin the All-Father, and his beloved son Balder who rises from the dead to bring joy to the land. Throughout this accessible and enjoyable collection Justin takes us into a magical time, the time of Ragnarok. It’s a wonderful journey and Justin does it with a poet’s eye and a lover’s joy. It’s a treat to read."
-Jim Bates, Author of Periodic Stories Volumes 1, 2, 3 & 4.

Hello friends! I am very excited to announce that my sixth book, Celtic Song, has been published by Steve Cawte of Impspired. This book of poetry, is endorsed by my talented Irish poet friends Ger White and Kevin Mcmanus.
The book was inspired by a birthday I spent in Dublin, Ireland, an amazing time at a C. S. Lewis Oxbridge Event in Oxford, England this summer, rich memories made in Scotland, different places in Ireland and England, the mountains of North Carolina, and golden hours spent reading Seamus Heaney, W.B. Yeats, C. S. Lewis, J.R.R. Tolkien, George MacDonald, John O' Donohue, Malcolm Guite, Neil Gaiman, Celtic music, and the music of Jon Foreman.
Working on this book brought me great joy, and I am very excited about it! If you fancy, order yourself a copy and leave a review on Amazon and Goodreads. The link is in the comment below. Thank you all for the support of my books! Cheers!
“This is a beauty of a book by Justin Wiggins. As a native of Ireland, and lover of nature, I greatly appreciate Justin's poems and words where he flows love onto these Celtic lands like liquid honey. By the beauty and form of his books he is restoring an entire culture. Indulge yourself in this world of beauty which Justin has created for us in Celtic Song."
