Needful Things: Stephen King

I believe this might actually be the second time that I've read this book, but it was so long ago that I don't recall anything, with the exception of one scene in particular. Despite that, it was still like a first-time ...

Dark Roads: Chevy Stevens (Audible)

This book wore me out. So emotionally exhausting- but I am starting to think that this is one of this author's best attributes. She definitely runs her characters through the wringer!

Still Missing: Chevy Stevens (Audible)

This is the first book that I grabbed after seeing a BookTok recommendation for it. The premise was intriguing and what the reviewer said about it left me searching to see if there was an audiobook version.

The Stand: Stephen King (Audible)

Well. 823 pages, almost 48 hours later, there isn't a book better than this one. Just- damn. I didn't know much going in, didn't know what to expect, have never watched any of the mini-series, I went in pure.

Stitch: Timothy Collins (Kindle)

This one is just a touch outside of my usual reads, being that it's an urban-horror-fantasy novel. Heavy dark themes in this book, but honestly it's so unique and just really well written that I can't not recommend it to...

Salem's Lot: Stephen King (Audio)

This one had a slow start. I did read that in a few of the reviews online, but I picked it up anyway knowing it would still be good. It really does start slow, with a lot (almost too much) character back story on many of...

I'm late for this but better late than never. Below are my top and bottom reads of the last year. Everyone starts with the best, but since I like to be different I'm starting off with my least favorite books. Some I like...

A Flicker in the Dark: Stacy Willingham

Ok, I hated this book. Like I didn't even want to finish it. Why? because first of all, it was boring. Like, shoot me nothing is happening-boring. Like, I didn't want to turn another page, boring. Second, it was so overl...

Carrie- Stephen King (Audible)

The original. The one that started it all. The book that pushed King into being the most prolific author of our Time. I finally decided to pick this one up, and it's been years since saw the movie, which can't hold a can...
