Covid for Christmas!
I'm so sick of Covid. We've all been living in its shadow for the last couple of years and it feels like it's here to stay.
Just before Christmas, my husband came down with a mild case of Covid. By Christmas Eve, I had it. It wasn't the holiday I was wishing for, but I still feel blessed by the reason for the season.
My case of Covid was mild considering, but I've suffered severe asthma even after the other symptoms cleared up in a couple of days. Still battling it, but feeling much better.
I'm working on putting the finishing touches on Madness, A Vampire Files Novella, and then returning to a novella for the Burning Moon Series.
I'm most excited to take a break from my other two series to begin work on a new Paranormal Women's Fiction series that I'm excited about. I've had it in my head for two years. Time to bring it to life.

After the Fog of Covid-19
Many authors I know used the Covid period to knock out more books than usual. For me, it had the opposite affect. I handled the pandemic by focusing on anything and everything but writing and publishing.
Finally, the sun is rising again on my creative core. I actually have the desire to create once again, and for that, I'm so grateful to God.
My current works in progress (WIP) are; Madness, a Vampire Files novella that tells the story behind the centuries-old feud between Adam and Zachariah. Readers want to know more about the woman between them and what really happened so long ago. If you've read RED NIGHT, it might surprise you to learn the truth.
Madness was a long time coming as it sat on my back-burner for years. It's time has finally come. Madness is on preorder everywhere and will release late March 2022. Readers on my mailing list will receive this book for free.
My other WIP is Better Off Dead, a Burning Moon novella that shares the backstory for Olivia, who appears in Spark and is one of the main characters (MC) in IGNITE, book 2 of the BM series.
Olivia is an interesting vampire and readers want to know more about her story. Better Off Dead is that tale. It should be out in early 2022. No release date yet.

The Trilogy Is Complete! And a SALE!!!!
The Vampire Files trilogy is finally complete, but there is always more story to tell.
Red Dream, book #3 of the VFT released in July, 2018.
While Sam and Adam's story has come to an end (for now), a new romance with another story to tell may start rolling out in 2019.
If you've read the trilogy and would like to see Gabriel and Regan's story unfold, let me know. A little encouragement goes a long ways. :)
