My spring project

While my book is in editing, I need to occupy myself. I can't work on another story because I don't want to have to put it aside when my editor gets back to me. As such, I usually take a little break and work on other things, as well as read as much as I can of other writers.

So what did I do during this down time? I created a living wall in my living room! How did I do it? I'll tell you.

First I hung up a pegboard and painted it white.

I wanted to make this wall was as sustainable as possible....

Going Green

I have exciting news! From now on, all of my ebook cards, bookmarks, and promotional products will be more eco-friendly. ❤These ebook cards for The Fanciful Travels of D. Lieber: Omnibus Volume Two that I just received are the first to be printed with soy-based ink on recycled paper.

Unfortunately, I haven't found a great solution for my books beyond print-on-demand yet, but I'm looking into it. Still, every little step in the right direction helps, right?

Happy first day of Spring! Look at my little seedlings sprouting. My green beans are doing particular well.

How are you celebrating the season change? I went down to Lake Michigan and picked up trash. It's still chilly out there, but we (Husband and I) picked up four whole bags. So it was worth it.
