“I will bless the Lord at all times: His praise shall continually be in my mouth.” – Psalm 34:1
This is a surefire way to get your attitude to align up with the word of God. If you repeat this scripture a few times each day, you will remember to act by faith believing that God is a reward to those who diligently seek Him (Hebrews 11:6).
Seek God with all of your heart!

Shelena’s Proverb #7: What qualify a Church to be a Hospital?
I’m tried of hearing people in the body of Christ comparing the church to a hospital. Is this statement true or not? Does the sick get well?
Do you like this proverb of mines? Subscribe to Receive More. I always have something for you to think about.
Explanation of this proverb:
A hospital is a place where people who are ill are looked after by nurses and doctors providing medical and surgical treatment in order to get well.
A church is just a building for public use in Christian worship.
After reading these definitions, do you believe Christians continuously in need of a hospital, or do they not know the church resided within each Christian? 1 Corinthians 3:16 states, “Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you?” If the Holy Spirit within every born-again Believer in Christ Jesus, you are well and made whole. Salvation brings healing to the body and soul. If you, as a Christian, have faith in God’s words than you will express praise of deliverance, just like Jeremiah 17:14 states, “Heal me, O Lord, and I shall be healed; save me, and I shall be saved: for thou art my praise.”
The Apostle Paul asked every Christian to grow-up in the knowledge of God, to mature in Christ in all things (Ephesians 4:15). Why? Jesus wants us to go in the world teaching and baptizing others to this full truth of who He is (Matthew 28:16-20). Has the “great commission” been exchanged for manipulation of good works? This does not qualify any church or it’s leader to keep you in the hospital. You are well and in mature Christ! Please do not get me wrong – Babes-in-Christ need to be in assembly learning (1 Corinthians 3:1-2).
If we compare going to church with a hospital, then why are many leaders expecting the mature in Christ to stay in their assembly, and can only leave if that say so? Too many of God’s people are dying spiritually, obeying “those who have authority over you” rule, as they forget about their relationship with God to follow men instead (Colossians 2:8). My God! Staying in the hospital (church), you are deliberately being disobedient to God’s commands. The Holy Spirit is calling you to His purposes (Romans 8:28).
I believe in all hospitals, they make you leave when you are well!
Here Are 8 Things Every Christian Should Know About You being in the Church:
The church is just a meeting place for like-minded Christians; which we call it “having fellowship.”
Fellowship means to have a friendly association, especially with people who share one’s interests.
“Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together” does not said church attendance (Hebrews 10:25). Meeting with other like-minded Christian are two or three gathering in Christ’s name (Matthew 18:20).
You are to worship only God and Jesus (Exodus 34:14; Matthew 4:10; John 1:1-20; Ephesians 1:2).
You are to fear only God, Jesus, or the Holy Spirit in the assembly of the saints (Psalm 89:7).
Get these scriptures in your mind and down in your heart from Ephesians 5:15-17:15 See then that ye walk circumspectly, not as fools, but as wise,
16 Redeeming the time, because the days are evil.
17 Wherefore be ye not unwise, but understanding what the will of the Lord is.
You are to read the bible for understanding and wisdom. Proverbs 9:10 states, “The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom: and the knowledge of the holy is understanding.”
You are witnesses on the earth to reach other for Christ. You are to share the good news of the gospel (Acts 1:8).

Silly Joke: Who Will Make The Coffee?
I got a silly one for you to smile or laugh about on this wonderful day that the Lord God has made for us:
A married couple were arguing who is making the coffee, the wife said that in the Bible it says that men should make the coffee and the husband asked her where it said that. The wife opened the Bible and said: “Right here in HEBREWS!”
Who many agree with the scriptures? Let me know.

Purpose of Praise
“For the grave cannot praise thee; death cannot celebrate thee: they that go down into the pit can hope for thy truth.” – Isaiah 38:18
We seek the truth in God, and from His wisdom we honor Him in our praises. We thank Him for being alive and living to praise His holy name, or are you one of those who [are literally die] cannot praise Him?

Why Should I Praise God?
“But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvelous light” – 1 Peter 2:9
Are you thankful for the so-great of deliverance? You were translated from darkness into the kingdom of God; being a peculiar race of spiritual being who daily praise Him. Don’t think about it, just do it! You were created to show praises of His.

Shelena’s Proverb #6: Does God Still Receive Worship At The Altar?
I’m tried of hearing people say, “Go and lay your problems down at the altar,” or “Create a spiritual altar to the Lord”
Do you like this proverb of mines? Subscribe to Receive More. I always have something for you to think about.
Explanation of this proverb:
I will tell you right away, there’s no altar of today in Christianity.
Those who teach this as doctrine to their church will pay for this FALSE decree. God has never said this to His children (Hebrews 13:9). However, Pastors and Teachers are continuing to spread this ungodly doctrine around the world. There were biblical altars shown to those who follow Christ Jesus and read from the Old Testament bible ( ie. Genesis 8:20; 13:4; Exodus 17:15; Leviticus 2:9 ). However the New Covenant of the New Testament (Matthew 26:28), God is not requiring us to build altars or offer a gift on one. Altar calls as practiced today are not found in the Bible.
An Altar is a sacred place for sacrifices and gifts offered up to God according to vocabulary.com’s dictionary. The only altar that still exist from the Old & New Testament is the Cross of Jesus’ Death (John 19:30) “We have an altar, whereof they have no right to eat which serve the tabernacle”(Hebrews 13:10). In other words, The altar from which God gives us the gift of himself is not for exploitation by Pastors and Teachers who lie and steal. Please search the scriptures for yourself. After the veil was torn in the physical temple (Matthew 27:51; Mark 15:38; Luke 23:45) and His blood was placed on the true mercy seat of God in Heaven for mankind (Hebrews 9:23-26), those who believe in God’s redemptive powers through Jesus’ obedience in this one time offering (1 Peter 1:2). All man, woman, or child can receive this exchange through praise protection (Hebrews 10:19). Confessing Jesus as Lord over their lives (Romans 10:9; Romans 10:13). Believing in His death, burial, and resurrection, anyone can have their penalties of sin forgiven (Ephesians 1:7; Colossians 1:14; Revelation 1:5).
Being a true worshipper (John 4:23-24), we can boldly access God (Hebrews 4:16). There are no altars for living temples (Mark 12:27; 2 Corinthians 6:16) and living sacrifices (Roman 12:1)!
This is another deception that we have false converts in many churches with this invitation to come to the front to repeat saying they truly don’t believe or understand.
Here Are 14 Things Every Christian Should Know About The Altar and Offerings:
Altar is an evaluated structure for purposes of sacrificial offerings, like a pulpit.
In Hebrew, altar is translated in English as mizbe’ah, “a place of slaughter or sacrifice
In the Old Testament, there were altars erected by Noah, Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, and by Moses.
Offered by the Law of Moses, sacrifice offering, burnt offerings, and offering for sin – all done in attempt to please God.
After the temple was built personal altars for sacrifices and offerings was forbidden (Deuteronomy 12:11-14).
Altar appears 8 times in the New Testament Gospels, and 14 times under the New Covenant.
There’s no requirement to walk the aisle and come to the front of the altar to confess Jesus Christ.
Romans 10:9 makes it clear that genuine salvation comes only from heartfelt belief, which will then result in a verbal confession of that faith.
Hebrews 10:1 tells us using altars can never with those sacrifices which is offered year by year continually make the worshipper perfect toward God.
In Catholic and Orthodox Christian, the TABLE is used as the re-dedication, in the literal sense of the one sacrifice being made “present again.” This act is called the Eucharist.
“Communion table” [Holy Table], which avoids the sacrificial connotations of an altar, but is truly an re-dedication as well.
New Testament Believers understand that there is no longer a need for the physical Temple and its rituals.
The altar calls becomes a place of dishonesty and manipulation (James 5:12).
The altar call was started by Charles Finney and popularized under D.L. Moody, and Billy Graham.

Heart Worship
“Wherefore the Lord said, Forasmuch as this people draw near me with their mouth, and with their lips do honor me, but have removed their heart far from me, and their fear toward me is taught by the percept of men: Therefore, behold, I will proceed to do a marvellous work among this people, even a marvellous work and a wonder: for the wisdom of their wise men shall perish, and the understanding of their prudent men shall be hid.” – Isaiah 29:13-14

Four Things That Every Christian Should Sacrifice Daily
We are to offer up spiritual sacrifices, according to 1 Peter 2:5 with a holy priesthood acceptable to the Heavenly Father God. As lively stones creating a spiritual house through the blood sacrifice of our Lord Jesus Christ, these sacrifices are not up for debate, and must be done daily for God:
Keep your body holy (Romans 12:1)
Give praises to the Lord [God or Jesus Christ] (Hebrews 13:15)
Don’t forget to do good in this life. Stop taking things for granted (Hebrews 13:16)
Share what you have with others (Hebrews 13:16)
We are his servants according to John 12:26, “If any man serve me [Jesus], let him follow me; and where I am, there shall also my servant be: if any man serve me, him will my Father honour.”
Serving the Lord Jesus is not for our sins: for he did that for us already (Hebrews 10:12), every living stone [temple belonging to God] are still required to be holy, as he is. So, please let the righteous in us be revealed to do all that is written to follow.
It wouldn’t be a sacrifice if it was easy to do!

Shelena’s Proverb #5: Does Not giving Tithes and Offerings equals Cursing on Your life?
Can you be really cursed, if you do not give tithes and offerings to your local assembly?
Do you like this proverb of mines? Subscribe to Receive More. I always have something for you to think about.
Explanation of this proverb:
I will tell you right away and the answer is NO!!
Those who teach this as doctrine to their church will pay for this FALSE decree. God has never said this to His children. However, Pastors and Teachers are continuing to spread this ungodly doctrine around the world. I encourage you to read the book of Malachi in its entirety. Doing so you will see who God is really speaking too! It will shock you senses, but please remain calm.
All of your foolishness in the struggle between paying your tithes or your bills will be over? You will be set free from the lie of the devil. New Testament Christian, Followers of Jesus Christ, has never or will never “Rob God?” Release yourself my Brother or Sister from the false doctrine of man.
If you are a sincere Christian and want to worship God in truth, you will understand by daily reading of the Word that God loves you and wants the best from you. Ephesians 1:3 tells us, “Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ:” Not at anytime has He sent Jesus to condemn you or curse you if you do not tithe! Every Believer in Christ is blessed already without the “pour you out a blessing” scam of tithing.
Here Are 15 Things Every Christian Should Know About Tithing and Offerings:
In the Book of Malachi 3, the prophet of God was speaking to the priest, not the people sitting in the pews.
The tithe was food (crops) and animals Deuteronomy 14:22
People who were poor did not tithe – Deuteronomy 14:28
You are under a curse if you are a tither (observing Levitical laws) Galatians 3:10 clearly states if you attempt to do any, you must do them all.
Attempting to be justified or align yourself with tithing is alienated from Christ and you have fallen from grace – Galatians 5:4
Any church building made of brick and mortar is NOT God’s storehouse – 1 Corinthians 16 :19
God blessing everyone “saved or not saved” For example, health in order to work.
There is no longer one temple where the Israelite priest gave offerings to God for their sins, those who have accepted Jesus Christ as your personal savior from sin are the temple of God. 1 Corinthians 3:16.
Jesus Christ did not come to abolish the Law but He fulfilled the prophecies of the law Matthew 5:17
Most pastors and teachers of the Word spend the tithes and offerings on their excessive living and personal pleasure.
Church-going members who tithe are never help when in need of assistant.
Never ignore the poor, but help them. This is an offering unto the Lord. Proverbs 28:27; Matthew 19:21; 2 Corinthians 9:9
Decide to give from your heart, not reluctantly or under compulsion (pressure to give). 2 Corinthians 9:7
Give only freewill offering to the Lord. Psalm 96:8; Psalm 119:108 Worship Him!
There is no more offerings for sin, because of Jesus’ sacrifice to die on the cross for our sins; once and for all time. Ephesians 5:2; Hebrews 10:10,14,18
