So much work goes into the production of a novel, more than I had ever imagined. Writing full-time as a profession means that all I do is this, write and produce creative fiction for the consumption of the masses. Without sales or support, I starve. If I starve, I cannot write, and the cycle continues.

I write because I love hearing stories of how my readers immersed themselves in my novels and short stories, so I do it for you. I take much satisfaction in knowing that my readers and fans enjoy my work, which in turn inspires me to write more.

Book Pre-Releases

I have some awesome news on the writing front. Dark of Dawn 4Horsemen, which was first published in 2016 as an eBook, is about to go live on Amazon in paperback version. It will stay in pre-release until the end of November, when it will be readily available for purchase. Patreon members will be the first to receive the links to Amazon.




Also, Dawn’s Tempest, the second book in the trilogy is now finished and will be available in the first week of December, just in time for Christmas. Stay tuned for more exciting news.

Zine Fest

Introducing the Woolf Zine collection. Zines (short for fanzine) are a small-circulation self-published work of texts and images too controversial or niche for mainstream media, presented in an unpolished layout and unusual design. Well, that's the official word anyway. For the Tauranga Zine Fest in New Zealand on 26 August 2017, I launched the first four of my own Zines, a little more polished than the norm, in what I hope to become a burgeoning collection. 

 

   

Second book progress

Many readers and fans have come back to me with feedback from 4Horsemen, with one question asked more than others - when is the next book out? Good news, I am writing furiously to make this available by Christmas, Stay tuned.

Exciting morning ahead with loads of presales and people aplenty set to attend my first book signing. Fingers crossed it all goes well and that these zombie finger shortcake snacks that I made are a yummy addition.

Book Renaming

After much deliberation I have decided (with a bit of help from my publisher) to rename the second book in the Dark of Dawn series from Island of the Damned, to Dawn's Tempest. This exciting sequel to 4Horsemen is starting to really take shape.
