David Worsfold is best known for his work as an award-winning financial journalist, in particular as a writer on financial services which he has covered for nearly 40 years
As well as editing a range of leading business titles, David wrote for The Guardian for several years and has contributed to most major UK national newspapers. He has appeared on radio and television as a commentator on financial issues and is an experienced conference speaker and facilitator.
His first book, Fighting for the Empire, was published in September 2016. His second military history 'Operation Aerial: Churchill's Second Miracle of Deliverance', on the post-Dunkirk evacuations from France in June 1940 was published by Sabrestorm in June 2022.

This is definitely one of the books in the British Library series that fully deserved its reincarnation. It is full of fascinating characters, has a clever and plausible plot with twists and turns to keep the reader fully engaged with the narrative.
