Though she was a kind figure, I was frightened of her and tried to "make" her disappear. She came many times over the next 22 years. Nonetheless I lived a normal life as a teacher and later as a psychologist, and often wondered about her. Who was she? Why did she want to come to me? Why did she stop coming? Later, as an analytical psychologist I came to understand her as an imaginal figure, a real figure who manifests in altered states of consciousness. So I decided to study such beings. Building a Writing Routine

After teaching for 40 years, and having a full time psychotherapy practice, I now have much more time for writing.
