When you’re going through the painful times it feels like it’s not moving at all, when you’re going through the fun times it’s zipping by. A Broken Kind of Love is 1 year old!

𝐒𝐨… 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐛𝐨𝐨𝐤 𝐢𝐬 𝟏 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐨𝐥𝐝! Can you believe how quickly it's gone by? I can't. I'm so proud of this heartbreaking slow-rise romance that took me over 5 years to write. ⁣

“You can’t do stuff like that.”

I give him a small smile, and he leans in too quickly for me to stop it. His lips are on mine, and everything in my body ignites. I moan and gasp simultaneously. He doesn’t stop. He goes one step further and wraps his arms around me, squeezing me so tightly I feel like I might burst. More explosions ignite, little fireworks popping off inside of my fingers and my toes.

I put my hand on his chest and separate us, shaking my head.

I cover my mouth.

He shakes his head too, fierce determina...
