During lockdown… Dealing with body & mindful pain!
“During lockdown… dealing with Body Pain!”
Have a peek at the announcement of the session taking place tomorrow Tues March 24, 2020, at 3:00 pm (GMT +2).
& why is the session taking place? Actually, in the lockdown phase, our muscles will melt without proper activities and the wrong activities will hurt rather than heal, therefore I contacted Dr. Alia Melki, a friend and a specialist, who helped many of my friends.
Dr. Melki is a Chinese medicine acupuncturist and remedial therapist that deals with pain management and rehabilitation of the mind and body.

Today is the day to re-transfer the hotel created by the tenants living in our house into a home…
Today is the day to snap out of this situation and transform it into an opportunity…
Today is the day we start physical activity, not Monday…
Today is the day we sit and chat with our partner, and not send them a note…
Today is the day to plan, meditate, assess, and dream…
Today is the day we offer our time, the time routine of life stood in the way of executing…

Today we sit, have coffee, and hold hands…

Woman to Woman… Only for women!
“I’m writing this post W2W, and only for women to read (as for men, feel free to peek, and surprise you lady with one of the below, as long as you can come back here, and tell us openly how she felt) funny? let’s have fun!
1. Good morning, my lady, queen of my heart!
2. Did I ever tell you how I admire the way you handle me?!
3. (Kiss her on the naked shoulder, and say) I just a flashback to the first time I saw you, how I wondered whether I can reach your heart!
4. (Give her an apple, bitten) We shared an apple but gained the tree (Wink)
5. (Bring breakfast in bed and …) I put together this movie of us, moments in pictures we spent together and words you said that made the man I am today… Let’s spend the morning in bed!
6. (Have a new dress hung on the closet with a note on your pillow) I will pick you up at 11:00 am, kids are taken care of, let us celebrate Women’s Day together
7. (The flower trick, wrist corsage) A unique flower on the wrist of the lady that will make my day different every morning, I love you in the morning…
and every minute of the day
8. (Bring her a mini item of something you promised her) I will always fulfil my dream, this house is the first step towards the bigger one
9. (Speak up in public) On this day, I want the word to know, I am lucky to have you in my life. Honey, you changed my life and I cannot imagine my days without you
10. (Squeeze her truly and spend with her a day of actions not words, literally, mime the actions, start with a kiss, a squeeze on the back, direct her to the shower, have a dress hung for her, show her which lipstick you prefer, show her the day, take her to dinner, express your love, let her guess what you are saying, discuss memories, and so on…)
Ladies, W2W, which one of us does not like to be loved, and feel special, and be reminded of our value when we sink in our daily chores and tasks.
I, personally, missed romance, and time made me look so strong, while on the inside, I could fall for the smallest acts. I reached a point of No-Trust, unfortunately, now when someone says the smallest word, and or act…, sad, I tent to disbelieve them; Yet, I know, and I am convinced that there is someone out there for everyone, whether, men or women, they are both worried and concerned about the trust issue, as pain, sometimes, it seals but never heals…
Gentlemen, make this day special, and let us give our relationship, whatever the status is, a renewal pass!
Happy International Women’s Day #IWD2020, let us celebrate this day, as romance should not disappear if we are calling for an equal world!”

A Saturday like no other…
“A Saturday like no other…
Well, a time of my life like no other, I woke up to an empty house!
Exactly last Saturday, I realised the change.
I don’t remember whether I shared with you in the past bits and pieces about my personal life, other than in my book WHERE IS MY ANGEL?, but let me brief you, I am a DW, no, not a car, but a Divorced Women, as my status. I don’t know why, I prefer to use single, I guess, there is something in the back of my mind poking me “Failed to Succeed my marriage”, and therefore I prefer to use the single and avoid to use divorced. Please, before you raise the red flag and judge me, I wrote my opinion about this specific point in my book, and since we are not discussing this issue now, all I will say, I prefer divorce a mill times on an unhealthy relationship.
What bothers me I guess, and that is the reason why I capitalised only the F and S, and not the word marriage, I believe my marriage ended in a major failure and I hate not to succeed.
Anyways, I am a DW and I have 2 beautiful daughters that are today almost 27+ and 25+.
My eldest, Vanessa, is currently a doctor in her almost last year of specialisation. Vanessa was born independent, I always treated her with the “handle with care” way in terms of her opinion and decisions, because she has always been a person of her own, and preferred the I in the team, you know what I mean, at this stage she lives alone and has her own life.
As for the youngest, Tiffany, a very sweet creature, an artist, the into fashion, luxury, and adventures.
As we are talking now, Tiffany just embarked on a new adventure like a week ago. Not the first time, Actually few years back she left for her Master’s degree in Europe, my life was a mess, then she came back, we stayed together for a couple of years, and now here we go again… but why this time is different?
Well, since Monday, I have been waking up at night, and for a split of a second denying her absence, or in the morning with the intention to check on her as sleeping before I go to work. I guess, deep in my heart, I know this it it!
I always wanted her to have this life, going corporate, and growing in business. I always wanted her to realise her true strength, and take charge of her life, I always feared, for both, life wouldn’t be perfect in terms of personal partnership as it had for me, therefore, I wanted them to be professionally/financially independent so they do not have to expect financial stability coming from others, I always wanted both to be strong on the market, and lean in the relation, as in the master in the business, and the soft part in the relation.
Well, I guess, I got what I always wanted, and it is time for the ostrich to get its head out of the sand; it is time I stop being emotionally dependent on my daughter/s and move on with my own interest in life.
I know, at one point in life, cutting the cord might seem difficult, but in reality, it is time to give both my daughters my blessings to enjoy their life, as for me, a new journey, I do realise change is difficult, but it is time…”

Karma will speak for you…
“I went to the market this evening and bought literally 2 items, cheese & cabbage. As I was standing in line, this older lady came, cut me off, and decided to pay before me.
Her daughter who is my age was juggling between cashiers, checking which one was faster, knowing they both cut me off.
My turn came, the cashier that was finishing a gentleman in front of us, looked at me and said, madam you were first! My answer was, it’s ok they must be in a rush to cut me off, please proceed with them. & without a thank you of any kind, they paid and left.
I paid, and went to my car, some people had blocked both of us. I waited like 15 seconds for the cars behind me to leave, while whoever was blocking them could not be found!”

There is always a door…
“There is always a door, it’s always closed, initially, as it is meant to separate things, indoor from outdoor basically, contain a location as a limit or distance… but metaphorically it separates us today from us tomorrow!
That is the real door!
If you think about it, many fear touching the handle, many feel safe in their comfort zone that they reject the idea of leaving the cocoon and become a butterfly, many wonder what is on the other side while enjoying living the imaginative part, but only few challenge themselves to manage their way away, around, or through the door and embark on new soil, water, and air to test life from different perspectives.
Do you ever wonder what’s on the other side of that handle if you turn it? Well, it’s life, continuity, experience, more people crossing our paths, just another stop in our life!
My advice, no fear, cease every moment to learn something new, analyze occasionally, but conquer wholeheartedly!
