Sleepless nights…
“Sleepless nights… I guess I am not alone.
I try turning off the light, turning off the TV, turning off my brain activity, I try focusing on one spot, I shut down all living skills, but guess what… I could not imagine that the time I decide to let go and sleep, I find myself in touch with my inner-self!
Leave it be, I say to myself, but what I hear is the echo of my own voice talking, at this specific moment when I realize that the purity of my thoughts becomes so clear that I can easily see the flow of my blood and touch my pounding heart.
Do I really want to reach that level, at that specific time of the night when I am struggling to sleep?
Do I really want to analyze the way I feel about people in my life?
Do I really want to accept others’ actions and give them my consent?
Do I really want to be the only one concerned about others’ feelings?
Do I really want my soul to be looking at me and questioning my answers when I pretend I am fine and strong and okay with other’s actions?
Truly, not the best time… not the time to think about actions, nor the time to evaluate those who did them!
Verdict out, I reached a decision the early hours of sunrise when I was looking at the first rays of the sun invading the darkness of the universe… A new day, new thoughts, people shall remain who they are, but I shall define who I am, and what I do with my life!”

A salute to you my friend…
“A salute to you my friend…
Monday is the motivating friend, I can’t wait to leave the house, get to work, see my colleagues, chat about the weekend, boosting the morale, and give a kick start to a working week.
Tuesday is the pamper day, I get together with my partner, visit a happy hour, sample the different flavors, start dreaming about a beautiful life, and come back home.
Wednesday is mid-week, a day I never knew whether the working day is half-way done or still ongoing, it always caused a question, please when is the weekend coming, so we made it ladies’ night. Friends get together, discuss the guys, stretch the discussion to life, and try to plan a wild weekend.
Thursday is my BFF day, we sit, smoke, have a drink, assess, and think it over. You know why I can? because he is special. Sometimes I miss him, actually, I always do, but life has its own circumstances.
Friday is the LCF, let’s celebrate Friday, we go out, in a cozy round place, sit, talk, eat, and relax.
Saturday is the chill day, I like to take my time with the morning coffee, then I like to walk in a crowded place, a mall or flea market, then go movie night.
Sunday is the comeback day, a very long story to tell, you can have hints about it from my book, but in short, it is family day.
A nice week, sometimes, and when alone, I keep busy in a coffee shop writing, watching people and looking at the void.
Which friend of the week you think I salute… well, I salute myself.
True, because I stand by my friends without dropping them to my vide(in french) or void.
I salute myself for being able to sit with my BFF, and other times assuming they are there. I enjoy their company, memory and I understand their absence.
I can sit alone, and enjoy my own company, and know the difference between alone and lonely.
I do have lots of problems, but I keep trying to find solutions without burdening my surroundings.
I know that asking for help when needed means you trust them, and trust yourself, it does not mean you are helpless.
I salute the friend in myself and every friend that accepts me the way I am.

Signs, Plans, & Actions…
“Signs, Plans, & Actions…
Well, when I read those words, write them, or even think about them, it summarizes, the way I see life.
Let me tell you about me, I am a woman in my 5th decade, exactly how old does not matter, at times I feel younger, other times I feel like a comeback and I know what is coming next. I have two daughters whom I kind of drew their path in my mind while I wonder whether I pushed them in that direction, yet in reality, I know I never did.
The trail of my life, as far back as I can remember, disregarding the blocked memories and phases, and going back even farther to the dream of a ten years’ old child, it creeps me out that some of it relate to today’s existence.
Age is just a number, we all say so, I feel younger now than most people around me of the same age, while I always felt older than my childhood and young adults friends, wiser at that specific phase, and more mature in terms of accepting the outcome of different situations and life whether mine or theirs and reacting to them differently…
Is that what we call maturity, it could be fear, succumb, hiding, disappearing… yes, I know at times it happened to feel this way, but I am talking about maturity when you can analyse and assess situations that require people of experience and years alive to analyze properly, anyways, this is not what I am discussing, I am talking about age, the number of years one lives.
Moving to plans, are we part of a plan, do we come to this world planned? of course, yet I am talking about the bigger plan. I believe in the non-dying soul, in some cultures they believe in reincarnation but I believe in the continuous living soul, I believe that the body is a rental, but the soul continues through our children… How? not sure, but I believe it does, through what we give them between “worldanian’ matters and “non-worldanian”.
Still, I am talking about the bigger plan, the plan of the Master of the Puzzle. I believe there is a picture drawn for each one of us, this picture is a Master plan, but it is up to us to place the pieces in the right place or make amendments, those amendments could be in the middle, others could be to enlarge the border and that is when we draw a bigger picture for our life when we are blessed with that vision, the vision that has a price though our actions.
Last, our actions, they are steps and decisions at crossroads. Some are classics, they follow the commandments of life, the rituals of families, religions, and norms, others go off track where dreams and dreamers fly away to enlarge the main picture of the puzzle, but of course at the price of changing the inside of the main commandments, rituals, religions, and norms… are those dreamers non-religious, non-believers in the norms of families and life, no, we aren’t, we just believe that we are dreamers and we can fulfill our dream!
In reality, I believe in signs. If it shines, when I see rainbows, if I see a coin on the street, if I pray for something then seeing a dove… you can call it seeing the best in every situation… But what do you call the day of Dec 21, 2013, when a car hit me on the street, few days before the best season ever, Christmas, the season I dream about the whole year, where like a child I still wait for Santa Clause, what do you call that day. Well, my life flashed in front of my eyes, when I was laying down on the street, helpless, in fear you would think, am I dead? the emotional pain was stronger than the physical one, probably because fear numbed my body that was totally not hurt, but all I was thinking about, when I stand up, I am gonna make the best of this day, on! That was my sign to stand and move forward.
I believe in Plans, I believe they are drawn and predetermined.
As for Actions, I see it as a blessing to have this intrinsic motivation to make this world, (ours, myself and near loved ones, and probably for others, the extended co-existing ones) a better place, or might be a different place based on our vision!
Dear friends, we all see signs here and there, some of us believe they were there as an alert positive or negative, others see them as a step on the way. As for the plans and actions, I believe in two things, the question WHAT IF THINGS HAD TOOK A DIFFERENT TURN, WHAT IF… and what I said in my book Where is My Angel?
FATE CAME WITH HER BIRTH but she knew that DESTINY WAS IN HER OWN HANDS!”

To me it means:
Courage, as if you believe in self you will dare to conquer
Strong willing, as if you are determined to reach your goal you will cross every hurdle
Connection with self, as when you can see self and willing to reveal it to yourself before others, and connect spiritually with self and those around you, you will get to reach through others and see the best part I believe in: all humans are born innocents!
Going back to my main statement, yes, close your eyes, float your soul to see and believe, in self and others.
Have enough Faith to see with your eyes closed, and enough Belief to Touch and Hold the Light in your Hands”

In My World…
“In my world, people are happy…
They have time for themselves

They clean their own streets
They sort and recycle
They plant trees everywhere
They take walks in nature
They have time for the family
They listen to others
They visit each other
They care for self and others
They take care of the seniors in the community
They benefit from the senior’s experience
They eat healthily & exercise
They raise perfect kids
They live with respect towards self and others
No that is not my world, that is the perfect word & world…
In my world…
People lost track of time, family, and friends
People lost focus on priorities
People are good-hearted but they are in a rush
People became the slave of life and continuity!
That is my world…
In common, they all share my world
In reality, we all dream of a perfect world!
Stay safe, hold on to your priorities
We just learned the best lesson in life, TIME IS PRECIOUS!”

Morning report… is your coffee ready?
“Morning report… is your coffee ready, are you ready for this?
Well, let me be honest about the way it is, about the truth, about reality, I MISS LOVE.
What can I say, lie, I might be able to lie to the world, but cannot lie to myself!
I cannot say, there are no gentlemen around when I don’t give people a chance…
I cannot say, we didn’t click or there was no chemistry when I never do a second…
What’s a second you are saying I bet, a second date.
I am a first date person, if and when I decide to give someone a chance, if I don’t block him before going, create a fight, a thousand excuses, and runaway…
& giggling in my heart as I am the one that empowers men and women to go back in the saddle, and had been once a horseback rider I literally know the meaning… what ever happened to me!
In my book, WHERE IS MY ANGEL? and the new ready to publish one, I always mention the importance of love, and how true love can revive a dead soul, but I, as well, believe that this love should be mutual… but how can someone fall in love again, if first and foremost, the first sign is trust…
Well, you must be touched, touched where no one ever touched you before… your heart!”
