I sent a voice, asking, do we know each other?

“Don’t hide no more… I told myself!
I have been contacted on Telegram for a while by this same person, calling me by my nickname.
Occasionally, I short answered with a Hi, or a smily emoji. The one side conversation never stopped, he was persistent… so, I decided to send a voice, asking, do we know each other?

& he answered, of course, we went out together like six years ago, you were sweet, genuine, a very nice lady, we walked by the beach, we went dinners, and then suddenly you vanished!

I couldn’t remove that woman of my mind, he said, she was too sweet to let go, she was too real to forget. I knew, he said, you must have a lack of trust, I knew he said you must have been deceived…
I knew, I knew, & I knew… he kept on going, and then he said, I couldn’t let you out of my mind!

Another phase, not knowing what to answer…
Deep in my mind, I had no recollection of the person! A very sad moment, I lived, why is it that I cannot remember him. Where is my heart? Am I alive? Am I damaged?

Dear man out there,
Kindly handle with care!”

Gaining back control of my health…

“Good Morning world…
I felt like greeting everyone this morning, I guess it is the effect of the sun yesterday, & finally gaining control of my health with the supplements and healthy lifestyle I am using and following.

Actually, I love all seasons…
Winter storms and snows, cuddle by the fireplace, wine, and enjoying the world dressed in purity!
Spring energies, and trees blossoming, reminding me of continuity, birth of novelty, and hope!
Summer sweats, endless daylight, and laying on the grass star gazing!
& last, but first, the fall season again, wind picking up, and birds getting ready for the cold, or migrating to accommodate in a warmer climate, simply reminds me that home is where family and love are…

Well, to me, it’s all about love, and that energy to love, so I decided, to take control of that energy, and feel good about myself… Health, Skin, Hair, and Nails!”

Hello Sunday…. what goes around comes around!

“Hello Sunday…. what goes around comes around!
What a morning, I woke up with a serene mood, I had a chat with my mentor yesterday, and I felt not on standby anymore.

You know, I used to wait, all my life I did, to receive a call, or a message, before I proceeded with what I wanted to do! But, yesterday, was my last standby, decision made, if convenient, let it be!

So I woke up energetic, free, and ready to do what I had planned. Of course, while having coffee in bed, I started the movie “The family man”, then the electricity went off, so I searched the movie on Netflix and found instead “A family Man”. You wonder how two movies would run with practically the same title, but since I have watched both, I tell you, every word counts in a sentence, and every moment counts in life!

To begin with, I do recommend this movie, watch it, actually both are worth an evening. But, truth be told, I had some angry moments, reflecting on my life, and those who took away things from me, things that affected my life, but, being the woman I am, and became, no one can ever, again, do that.
I made it in life, despite launching in the world with a lack of credit; I made it, despite them depriving of everything, literally… I made it, WHERE IS MY ANGEL? will tell you how, guide you, and inspire you.

Then, the movie gave me peace, and reassured me, that what goes around comes around… I never wished evil, sickness, or misfortune, to anyone; and as well I don’t forgive.
I always say, forgiveness is Holy, and I am only human; I do not hold grudges though, I just move away, and let things be! Human power can beat you on earth, but Holy power will beat you while living, sleeping, working, and when it’s time to face eternity!
Today’s movie reassured me about Karma, and gave me more peace to live, and more space to enjoy…
The space you need in your mind, and soul, to get to know yourself more, your value more, the person you are, and the feeling you deserve… Happiness and a piece of peace!”

Cooking? what is the secret ingredient?

“Cooking? what is the secret ingredient?
Well, I guess my writings reflect my passion in life.
Writing… to get it out of the way, everything I do, is documented among journals, diaries, books, and blogs!
Changing the world… My books are the messages and the voices of the reader.
Living passionately… I always seek love and do not fear passionate adventures.
Cooking… My favorite thing, cooking for my loved ones, and cooking with love!

Here is my veggie soup bowl to warm your body when in cold weather, and your soul if alone!
Sautee an onion in 1 tablespoon olive oil – do not caramelise it – when sweaty add the below,
add the potato cubes, and turn them for a minute
add squash slices, green beans,
add artichoke hearts
add red tomato sauce – water – a tablespoon of fresh dices garlic
spice with black pepper to taste
add a bay leaf, and let simmer for 12-15 minutes!

Enjoy it hot, add hot sauce if into spicy dishes, a glass of dry white wine will match!”
