Simon was born to entrepreneurial parents and as a very young boy, began to follow in their footsteps. At the age of 7, he was selling hamsters, at 11, stamps, and at 21 he was already trading stock options worth millions on the London Stock Market, at a time when stock options were still relatively unknown.

He then moved on to a safer track. He was promoted to Finance Director at the age of 27 at Saatchi and Saatchi Advertising (Poland and Czech) and 3 years later became President of the Board of Saatchi and Saatchi Advertising Poland.
