Bob is a small green creature (assumedly a zombie) who has spent the last 5 years of his life hiding in a small closet, waiting for his friend Livy, a little girl who, at the time, was only five years old and told him to stay there until she came back.

When Livy, now ten, returns to Australia to visit her grandmother, she rediscovers Bob in the closet. Trouble is, she can't remember a thing about him, or how he ended up in there in the first place (much to Bob's dismay)! Bob, however, still expects Livy to help him find his way home, like she has promised years before, and Livy, despite being unable to remember anything, is determined to keep her word. But the question remains: Where does she start?

All in all, BOB an adorable story about friendship with whimsical illustrations to match. Reminds me a lot of Pax, which is written from the perspective of two main characters, each taking a turn to star in their own chapter(s).
