DiCarlo hardcovers are being offered for sale through Amazon. These are not yet Amazon stock but third-party offers with widely varying prices. Prices ranged from $46.95 (that's full list price) to $97.99 (that's crazy) per volume this morning.

We expect Amazon to have the hardcovers in stock soon and to offer a discounted price. If you're in a hurry for a hardcover copy, we suggest going to the printer at Lulu.com where it can be acquired for less than $40.
