Caitlin Turpin was raised by a mother whose perceptiveness borders on telepathy and a father who sees the love of God in the pheromone trails of ants. They helped her appreciate how beautifully science and faith, the natural and the supernatural, intertwine. Caitlin has long loved fantasy and science fiction for their knack of depicting the common human experience all the more truly against a backdrop of the fantastic.
