Sarah Shell Teague, PhD, has retired as associate editor of El Dorado Insider magazine. A summa cum laude French and English major, she has published numerous essays and short stories, and most recently a book detailing the amusing adventures and mishaps her family has encountered through the years, Have Yourself a Hamster Little Christmas. She likes hiking, water skiing, early American history and architecture and European travel. She is married to Jeff Teague and they have three grown sons.
