'Men On The Hill', 2nd June launch!
Very excited; my newest crime thriller is due out in just 2 weeks, on Friday 2nd July.
If you don't know the English Lake District or indeed if you're very familiar with that unique landscape in the north western corner of England, either way, you'll enjoy the physical backdrop to the story.
But don't be fooled! Don't expect the scenic beauty and the slow pace of life there to lull you into a (false) sense of comfort and security. That's just what DCI David Lehrer was looking for when he moved north (with his new wife!) in search of an easier routine and a step down towards anticipated retirement.
If you make the same mistake you'll be in for as many shocks and surprises as Lehrer himself!

Men On The Hill, a new title coming soon
Only a few weeks away now from the launch of my next novel, 'Men On The Hill'. It has nothing to do with that hill in DC, but the story does take place among many hills in the English Lake District.
If you like murder mysteries then watch out for more news on this fast approaching release.
Cheers all, Oliver

Disclaimer, Renee Knight
Do try this clever novel. I enjoyed it. It's a quick read, mainly because of its bullet style delivery, and it includes some smart twists and turns. It's not for you if you like descriptive prose, but otherwise it really is a worthwhile read. Oliver E. Cadam

Tassietastic!
Just back from a research trip to Tasmania - first time there and loved it. A whole country in one state. It has just about everything - great landscapes & seascapes, wonderful wines, fascinating indigenous and European history..........well worth a visit, thoroughly recommended.

1175 readers ???
Can't believe that 1175 readers registered for a giveaway copy of my book. That's very encouraging. I always thought that profile building would be harder than writing, and so it is, but that's a great start. Thanks everybody. If you were not among the lucky 5 who got a copy, then hey, don't despair, you can still push on and get one. If you do, I wish you happy reading and I hope you enjoy the story line.
Best wishes, Oliver E C
