Finals week is approaching! Any tips ?

For sure!

It’s a time to dedicate yourself fully to your studies, like you would a mindfulness or meditation practice, but also don’t forget yourself.

Feed yourself well, sleep, and respect your body. Take the breaks you need to stay sane and reconnect with yourself.

I planned out my full days to make sure I had a balance. For example: Chem final, re-typing notes and creating study guide 9am-12pm, 12-1:30 lunch and free time, 1:30-4:30 do the same for subject #2, 4:30-7 dinner and working out/yoga, 7-11:30pm going over the materials created earlier.

I found that that worked better than marathon library stints because it forced you to factor in time for yourself, and it made it easier to focus when you had to focus knowing there was a light at the end of the tunnel.

That’s just my two cents, do what works for you as long as you’re factoring yourself in. And good luck!

I think we’ve all experienced silences like this. That’s why I love writing. The universal unexplainable feeling that we all experience, captured in so many words.
