“You get a strange feeling when you’re about to leave a place. Like you’ll not only miss the people you love but you’ll miss the person you are now at this time and this place, because you’ll never be this way ever again.”

Led Zeppelin; Deep Purple

Led Zep: 4 turn ons

I think confidence is always the number one
Pulling me in/random booty grabs
Making me laugh so hard my abs hurt
Being a really good dancer

Deep Purple: 3 of your greatest fears

Blood pretty much encompasses all of it

Why do I feel so unhappy? Like I'm underwater and I can't breathe. My anxiety is taking its toll on me too. I haven't been able to sleep properly at all. My relationship is a downward spiral too. He's great but whenever he does something remotely that show

That’s a tough question for me to answer, but I think the first step is to make sure you’re taking care of yourself - you can’t hope to climb out of that hole if you’re not sleeping well, eating well, getting some exercise and expressing your creative energy. Before all else, you have to make sure your human needs are met.

That makes room for the next step, confronting the anxiety. Like I’ve said before on here I haven’t experienced anxiety on any diagnosable level so I’m not the best to give advice here, but I do feel like it can stem from experiencing a perceived loss of control or unmet fears. What are you really withdrawing from, beyond the relationship? It’s going to take some soul searching, meditation, yoga, whatever method you prefer. But it’s important work.

You’ll find your center, you’ll find yourself, you’ll find your happiness again. I know you can get there!

My favorite Osho quote about happiness is when he asked why people ask why you’re happy - no one asks why you’re healthy, because that’s the natural state of being, just like happiness. You’ll find your way back to that natural state. Just be patient with yourself, and be brave in your inner search.

Wishing you lots of light on your path,

Anna
