Remembering

Your Sweet Love for Me

Until the Quietness

Unfolds in tears,

Longing,

Remembering

The many Blessings of Years;

Now in the Hush

In Quietness Be;

Rest

Sweetest Soul

In Tranquility.

In Loving Remembrance of my Mother, who joined The Source of All Life and her Beloved in the next Realm two years ago today….

And in Tribute and Memory of all those lost in 9/11….

A Splendid View Entreats my eyes,
It is Your Smile, So Kindly offered;
And I, with hopes locked secretly away,
Do Look and Long
For the Simple Reflection of my Hope
By Your Own.

And if the Pale Glimmer of Your Eyes
Would Lock with mine
And Sing to me my heart’s Desire,
Then would I be Lost
For Eternity.

The Dungeon – #Poetry & #Spiritulaity

I was locked in a Dungeon
Set deep in the Earth.
There was no pillow or bed,
No warming fire or cheering hearth.
Deep within the ground it lay,
Fed by darkness, supplied by Gloom;
It had no window for fresh air.
Oh to gaze upon the Moon!

Far within the realms of sadness,
Ensconced in deep despair and fear;
There was no seat for comfort,
There was no one to hold me near.
Alone, Forlorn, I struggled daily,
In my shackles, bonds, and chains;
Through the chasm of desolation,
O’re the bottomless well of Pain.

There was no lamp within my prison,
My eyes grew dim, I could not see.
How I longed for a way out!
How I yearned to be set Free!
Yet, from within my vault of torment,
The Sweet Lord heard my helpless Plea,
Out of the tomb of sin and death,
My Precious Saviour Lifted me.

Oh My Dearest One,
You cannot comprehend how very much
You Mean to me.
I Love You so;
This world’s vastness is trivial,
Compared to my Great Love,
All for You.

Look, Sweetest Love, Upon the Shore,
The Glistening reaches of Silvery Sand,
The Boundless Ocean;
It is but a drop of water
Compared to the Endless Sea of My Love,
All for You.

Gaze Up, Precious Love,
See the Majestic Heavens
And the Realm of Eternity.
Beyond all this My Love still soars,
Set Free from any limits;
It is Immeasurable, My Great Love,
All for You.

Take my Hand,
Oh My Most Treasured Love,
And Allow me to Share
This Life with You.
Open Your heart and Accept me;
I love You More than any ever could,
With a Love that is Unreserved
And Perfectly Designed,
All for You.
