Mania is selfish

Luncheon photo with friends

I am so thankful for friends.  My life keeps moving forward thanks to the people who are there when I need them! I am thankful.  I will write a story about this picture soon.   We heard such an amazing speaker named Sheila Hamilton. Amazing.

Getting Things Done

I make a vow to go to bed feeling much better than I woke up- and in order to do this I am going to complete a set number of items that will improve my day.

Bipolar Disorder and Coffee

I Love Coffee- but my anxiety hates it…


Why does caffeinated coffee taste so good? I am not someone who likes caffeine. It actually makes me feel quite awful. But I love the taste of coffee. I know that I should only have decaf. It tastes ok and doesn't make me anxious.


But regular coffee just tastes [...:]
