SFRB Showcase July 2016!

SFRB-ShowcaseBanner

The banner takes you right to the place to find all kinds of amazing authors and their offerings for July. Check it out. Not only are they talented writers, they’ve gotten me through a lots of bumps in the road to publishing, and surviving after publishing.

On to a snippet. I’ve rewritten this scene a few times, and while I can’t guarantee it’s done being tweaked, I think it is. So for something completely different, I’m going to post the snippet, with my personal thoughts interjected in pa...

Sanna Hines

Author Name: Sanna Hines

What is your chosen genre, and why? Young Adult. I love the energy of books written for this age group. So far, I’ve published a contemporary YA thriller (Stealth Moves) and YA contemporary mythic fantasy (Shining Ones: Legacy of the Sidhe). I plan to publish a YA contemporary fantasy later this year.

Name of your most current book, and if it’s a series, what is the series title and how many volumes are anticipated? Shining Ones: Legacy of the Sidhe I may add more vol...

Prince Nicholai Interview

Unforgettable Lover by Rosalie Redd– Prince Nicholai Interview

Did you ever think that your life would end up being in a book?

Prince Nicholai steps away from his desk. The highly polished oak reflects the light from the sunstones embedded in the cave walls, blinding me with its glare. He places his hand on the back of his chair, his knuckles turning white. “Actually, yes. My life will be recorded in the scriptures, just like all the other kings, past, present, and those yet to come.” A smil...

WeWriWa 06/12/16

My blog is still not working correctly, and it looks like that’s the way it’s going to be.

In the meantime, check out WeWriWa for blogs that don’t mess up, and contain some fun, wild, complicated, and amazing snippets from other writers that know what they’re doing! Just click the picture.

And now a few words from me. This is from Renegades: Book 2 of The Wildblood. It’s a bit of a conversation my MCs have while they’re miles apart, angry at the world, and each other.

First World Problems

My blog has been having technical difficulties for about 3 weeks now. WordPress hasn’t had a response, as I utilize the free stuff here. The good news is, the posts are still available. If the links happen to be working, you can click on the archives and find them, rather than scrolling down.

In the meantime, I’m editing. Woo! With a little luck, I’ll have a snippet next weekend, and maybe other news as well.

Wish me luck, of the good kind.

Missed Me

Yes, I missed my regular weekend post. So today, I think I’ll delve into the romance/not romance aspect of my series.

Fact 1 – Shannon loves Mac, and the feeling is mutual. It’s not something that will change, but it will evolve.
Fact 2 – Both are Genetically Engineered humans and if intelligence was still measured in IQs, they’d be high up on that scale. We know very smart people have thought processes that can be . . . unique. Same for the Gen En. Combine those, and it’s chaos!
Fact 3 – The...

Early Promo for Renegades

So I took the time to get a promo blurb finished. I’m certain it will evolve over the next few months, but here it is. As I’m editing (shudder!), I’m also thinking a release date in August. 2016. I’ll set a firm date once I weed my way through it. Blurb ahead.

Renegades: Book 2 of The Wildblood takes up soon after The Vista: Book 1 of The Wildblood concluded, with Team Three not at all convinced the search for the truth about themselves is over.

Protecting their home, an isolated no...

Check out the blog, you won’t regret it. I’ve found some fabulous books there. A few lines from my WIP Renegades; Book 2 of The Wildblood. Release date not solid yet, but it’s looking like August. This year. [image error]

A less-serious conversation. It’s not all doom and gloom in the future!

“What really happened in Colorado?” Lambert had read the official reports and knew they were at least fifty percent bullshit.

“He was Gen En, he’d watched us for years, or watched Wade and Shan. I’m ap...
