Watching the impact of a talent like telepathy in fantasy can make us feel a kind of awe of the supernatural, but often the true supernatural in our world feels every-day – at least to us. That is because we are rather blind to our Creator’s power; we often do not recognize his unassuming, unpretentious, unobtrusive supernatural artistry.
Our talents may affect our world as quietly, steadily, and forcefully as any war-torn hero does the land of fantasy. The touch of the supernatural, if it is God’s working, transforms gifts and talents, adding a dimension above the ordinary . . .
