Raspal Chima was born in West Bromwich, England and graduated from Coventry University with a degree in physics.

Raspal is at his best writing techno-thrillers in an authoritative, yet informal narrative style.

His stories are told with plausible panache and a hard edge of undeniable science, yet move along with the irrevocable inertia of a fairground roller-coaster ride.

His first published book was Methuselah’s Virus, published by Double Dragon.

The Bomb On My Back is his second novel.

Woolwich terror attack

The Woolwich terror attack in south-east London is just another example of how easily vulnerable people can be radicalised by religious extremists. An attack like this is one reason why I wrote The Bomb On My Back. The way radicalisation brainwashes a person is truly frightening.
