Ever Onward to Equality (The Sonnet)

Someone once said,
Ever onward to victory.
I say to you today,
Ever onward to equality.
Though the objective is the same,
In path lies the distinction.
I'll say it plainly, to live is to grow,
Including the means of revolution.
Liberty is fundamental in life,
But not by harming the innocent.
Revolution of arms is revolution no more,
What's needed is revolution in conscience.
So I say, let us sacrifice all for society.
Let us rise as soldiers of universal amity.

Neuronigger (Sonnet 2316) – Abhijit Naskar, Kral Fakir: When Calls The Kainat

Call me pilgrim or call me beggar,
you be my Shams, I, your Mevlana.
Call me neuro or call me nigger,
to some I’m Valium, to others Viagra.

Without salt from the South of Earth,
world philosophy, world science,
world poetry, all collapse into dust.

Wipe the south from history,
you wipe out culture and civilization,
wipe the north, you spare the planet
the most uncivilized of criminals.

Yet, holocaust for holocaust
leaves humanity in plaster cast;
human defends human,
dreams this Neuronigger.

Leaves of Ash (Divine Violence, Sonnet) ― Abhijit Naskar, Sonnets From The Mountaintop

You know why the West makes such
a song and dance about nonviolence,
because when your entire empire
is built on systemic extermination
of living cultures and communities,

it really helps if you simultaneously propagate
a favorable ideal of nonresistance to evil,
this way you can criminalize the very thought
of revolution, not only legally, but also morally.

Nonviolence has never been about human rights,
nonviolence is western propaganda,
commodified to maintain moral superiority,
if the tortured communities ever dare to resist.

Revolution is a fundamental pillar of justice,
don’t succumb to hypocritical hogwash –
colonizers should be seen, and not heard,
their philosophy, their theology, all come last.

I’m not talking about exceptional ideas,
good ideas should be studied as individual ideas,
not as western ideas, and western philosophies
must never be prioritized as default literature.
