Jewel of the Seas — Akureyi, Iceland 3

Kirkjutröppurnar (Church Steps) leading to Akureyrarkirkja (Akureyri Church)

Jewel of the Seas — Akureyi, Iceland 1

Akureyri, Iceland

You’ll recall that this series began with a transatlantic crossing aboard Royal Caribbean’s Vision of the Seas, followed by a back-to-back aboard the same ship to some uncommon destinations in Spain and France. Today begins with the first of three back-to-back voyages aboard Royal Caribbean‘s Radiance Class ship Jewel o...

Utrecht, Netherlands — Part 8

Utrecht, Netherlands; taken 12:39 p.m.

On Monday I posted a series of photos of Utrecht, Netherlands street scenes with only a time of day as explanation. I did this so you can get a since of how much you’ll see in a short period of time. Today’s photographs were taken during the same timeframe, between 12:30 and 1:00 p.m. So, all those photos you saw on Monday? These were taken during that same stretch of time. If some look familiar, that’s because there might be a slight change in either co...
