Fundraiser
I decided to try a fundraiser to raise the funds to get my book Head Above Water printed up. The cost of this service, for 100 copies, is approximately $574 so that's the goal I'm trying to reach. If I can get 574 people to donate one dollar then I'll be giddy beyond all belief. Of course, if you want to give more, I won't turn it down. :-)
About Head Above Water: Head Above Water is actually the first novel that I ever wrote, way before my work on Humanity's Ultimate Battle (H.U.B.). It's a romance book with a touch of "fantasy" elements added in; I like to call it an adult fairy tale. The book begs the question: how much would you sacrifice to be with the one you love?
What does your donation get you? Everyone who donates, be it $1.00 or $100.00, gets their name and hometown in the acknowledgement section of the book which is a pretty cool thing to see. How often do you get to see your name in a book? I know!! Plus every donor will receive a free copy of the ebook before it drops in December.
My goal is to raise the money, or as much of it as I can, by January 15th, 2012. The e-book of Head Above Water is coming out on December 22, 2011 so I would like to have the physical book soon after or, depending on how fast I can raise the money, possibly able to release it on the same day as the e-book.

Site Upgrades + Price Drops!
Morning/afternoon/night everyone (had to make sure I have everyone covered).
It's about to be a new year and, as such, come new beginnings. I have re-vamped the Home page of my site - www.whatishub.net as well as the online store as it was too cluttered and is now a lot "cleaner" and easier to navigate. It's probably LONG overdue but it's done now so I feel better about myself.
Other major development, I have dropped the price of all H.U.B. Volumes to $.99 on the Kindle, Smashwords & Nook. I also went back and re-formatted the Kindle & Nook versions as they weren't the best when I first uploaded them and they now look a LOT better and definitely worth the $.99.
So, please show some support and purchase a book or two (or six) and let me know your thoughts on the new look of the site (I'm sure there will be more changes to come soon).
As an FYI, my new romance novel Head Above Water drops on 12.22.11! Be sure to pick that up!
