@sarahbatistapereira, @courtneycstevens, and I all flew to Colorado for one day to surprise @brennayovanoff for one of her release month book events.
When I rang her doorbell, she opened the door, looked at me, and said, “Jesus fucking Christ.”
It was very satisfying.

Folks have asked me a lot if this original piece was ever going to be for sale, and because I want to add a flatbed scanner to my art studio, it is (I’m a big believer in the idea that my art has to pay for my art). The listing also includes a book hugger from the tour and a complete signed set of the bookplates for the books.
ETA: This is the original piece in the listing, although it does come with one of the book huggers that was made from this original image. The book huggers themselves are not for sale.
