Halloween contest - win a copy of As the Worm Turns
One reader's review - As the Worm Turns was my surprise favorite of 2011. I'm still raving about it (and rereading it) long after I finished it, and I really can't wait to see more from this author. I hesitate to even call this collection "horror" stories because they span such a range. There are some traditional horror elements and some straight-up slasher stories, but there are also moments of comedy, fantasy, and dystopian reality -- there is genuinely something for everyone here. They also move at a brilliant pace; the first stories start off slow, and then each successive story is better, faster, and louder than the last until the fantastic end. Rosenberger really has a great style that lends itself to any genre that he wants to take on, and he serves up twist endings, intricate characterization and beautiful world building with equal aplomb
