6 Steps to Quit Smoking

Six steps to quit smoking without gaining weight or going cold turkey is the method I used to quit smoking when I was up to a pack of cigarettes a day and two packs on weekends. I've been where you are and I can help you quit smoking by using the SMART method. This is done by taking specific, measurable, attainable, realistic, and time-bound steps to reach your non-smoking goal, which will help you enjoy a longer and healthier life. I've been smoke free for decades and have enjoyed the...

Living a Life that Matters

Living a Life that Matters

We are all complex beings. Every area of our lives intertwine and affect the other parts as a whole. No part works alone. Each area must be assessed and adjusted in order to overcome obstacles and break compulsive behaviors. This is how we find freedom and peace, which empowers us to walk in love and Truth, simplicity and joy, and to live a life that matters. Other topics you will find on my channel are lessons on how Biblical Truths can provide guidance for...

Love One Another

It seems that everyone has an agenda on social media. Our feeds tell people who we are and what we want by the things we post and what we share. Our social walls are living testaments, touting our beliefs, and opinions, and priorities. Much of it is important and valuable, but some of it is often harsh or rude. Love and Truth

Truth without love often causes pain to the hearer. Love without Truth does no eternal good to the hearer.

Isaiah 58:7-10

“When the Son of Man comes in his glory, and all the angels with him, he will sit on his glorious throne.  All the nations will be gathered before him, and he will separate the people one from another as a shepherd separates the sheep from the goats.  He will put the sheep o...

Are You Ready?

The remainder of the verse in the photo states, "And they also which pierced him: and all kindreds of the earth shall wail because of him." Wail? Why would people wail at His coming? Maybe because they weren't ready because they believed a lie.Do you know that Jesus loves you and died for your sins, so that you can be forgiven and on your way to heaven? Many people believe this, but they also believe that no matter how they live they are fine-and-dandy without ever having a change of heart th...
