He was found not guilty.
California man faces 13 years in jail for scribbling anti-bank messages in chalk — RT USA
Jeff Olson, the 40-year-old man who is being prosecuted for scrawling anti-megabank messages on sidewalks in water-soluble chalk last year now faces a 13-year jail sentence. A judge has barred his attorney from mentioning freedom of speech during trial.

The constant experimentation with UX in each new version of Ubuntu has become irritating. Not quite irritating enough yet to switch, but it’s getting close.

Filmmakers to excavate Atari E.T. landfill
They should make a monster movie instead. Excavating the landfill should wake a 50 foot tall version of E.T. who punishes us for creating pollution.

Canada-based film production company Fuel Industries has obtained permission from the City Commission of Alamogordo, New Mexico to excavate a landfill containing a large quantity of unsold Atari 2600 games, for the purpose of filming a documentary. Local news outlet KRQE reports that Fuel Industries will have access to the site over the next six months.
